Chaos In The Treasury

Min Yue and Bai Lu exchanged looks when they heard the voice, they didn't know what happened and who owned the voice, at least only Bai Lu didn't, Min Yue smirked, so the morning drama had begun, she brought the cup of tea to her lips and took a small sip before setting it back to the table, Bai Lu didn't understand the reason behind the smile.

"Bai Lu go do what I asked you to do now, don't worry I will take care of the chaos outside" Bai Lu just shrugged, bowed a little, and left the room, when she stepped outside she was shocked to see the Younger Sister of Fei Mian of the Yu Family, Yu SuMian outside her master's room, and she looked very tattered and was in full rage, what would have happened to her?

"You!! where is that slut" Bai Lu didn't want any problem so when she heard her voice, she sidestepped SuMian, and quickly ran off to the treasury before the latter was able to scold her, off course SuMian was enraged, she was also the Imperial Advisor's daughter and much better than that slut why was she treated with such animosity, even her maids fainted in her hands, what did she give them!

"How may I help you, senior sister, you came to disturb me this morning, what's the matter?" her voice was so calm and serene, that no one could read her mind, and that was the only fact that made the servant feel scared of her, and seem to be oblivious to the appearance of her older sister.

"How dare you! you ordered your servants to be this rude to your family, look at me!" she pointed to her messed-up hair and makeup, the men knew she was the one who did it herself, among all the daughters of the Imperial Advisor, she was the most foolish, but then everyone was scared of making her angry, in fear that her mum would whine to the Master of the household.

"Oh, they did, but I disciplined the servants yesterday when I was assessing them, how would they go against me on the second day, and besides my dear senior sister, who would dare lay a hand on you, don't they fear their life at all" when she said that she made sure to glare hard at the guards, making them shiver, remembering the tests they endured the night before today.

one guard was brave enough, he was looking for an opportunity to seek the graces of his master, and today he would use that opportunity to lick her boots, he stepped forward and bowed slowly to both sisters, before facing his master.

"Master, Lady Su, came to the courtyard and was about to badge into your room, and because of the rule you set for people to not badge into your room, before asking for permission, we stopped here, but we didn't know she would deliberately push herself to the floor and also smudge her makeup, we have nothing to do with this." he made sure he was looking down when he said all that he wanted, to say but then when he was finished her looked up and shivered when he met the eyes of his cold and ruthless master.

'Did I say anything wrong?'

he wondered, Min Yue, noticed his change of attitude, and just smiled, making the poor guy's heart skip a beat, he would have just stayed still with the other servants but then he just had to step out, but this was his only chance and he had to take it, or they would not be another chance for him, he gulped down slowly.

"what's your name?" she asked because she could not keep account of all their names in a short period, and even if she remembered his name, she found joy in listening to his stuttering tone, this was good they were becoming tamed just like her little tiger.

"Fen Hua" he just said that one piece of sentence and shut his mouth back hurriedly. SuMian who was watching from the side was getting tired of this and was about to interrupt but then her sister shot her a glare making her shut her mouth.

Min Yue was about to continue what she was saying when she heard the voice of another person her older brother, she wondered when he got back, she was well aware of the infatuation, her older brother had for Su Mian, but she didn't care. She chuckled and went to answer her brother.

"older brother when did you get back?" she asked beaming from ear to ear like a silly child, Yu LingYun, scoffed when he heard the joy in her voice, he was well aware of her sudden change but then when he saw her a while ago he was very impressed did she change because she wanted him to acknowledge her, right now she got what she wanted because she was gorgeous and the rumors in the palace said she is cunning, but then when he thinks about the way she taped his mother's lips, his heart turned cold.

"I arrived last night, how has my little sister been faring, did you miss me?" he asked almost about to curse for the last words he said, he expected her to blush and behave bashfully but then she just stood there looking at him like he was some fool.

"umm, why older brother, am I supposed to miss, I just came to say welcome back" she then turned to Fei Mian who leaned herself on LingYun's shoulder and stuck out her tongue.

"see you later Senior sister, we had fun, but…" she turned around and walked back to her room before stopping and saying her last piece.

"Make sure to let my servants announce your arrival, I hate early morning flies, they are disgusting"
