Aye Aye Captain!

"Huh.. Boss?.. Why are you crouching there?", Adrian had come to inform something important to Lucifer when he saw him crouching in his kitchen.

"Oh! You are here? I was hungry, did you see the frying pan?", Lucifer asked still crouching and searching something.

"Just order takeout! It's in the third cupboard, left side", exasperated Adrian spoke.

"It's been a while. I'm afraid I'll forget my skills. Anyway what's up?", Lucifer was reminiscing something.

"Ethan had called, he.. he is invited too. So I think we should.."

"We should go! Yes we should go! I'm not a weakling. You want scallops?"

"No I'm fine, I'll probably go home now. Where did you get the ingredients from?"

"Ah.. that, I ordered online", shaking his head Adrian walked out.

Lucifer cooked himself a hearty meal, clicked a picture and sent it to Ethan.

While Ethan was going through the preparations for the charity gala his phone buzzed. Looking at the multimedia message from Lucifer he clicked it open, Seeing the picture Ethan's eyes bulged out.

"Asshole! We are worried here and he is enjoying a meal! It's just like him.. Glad he didn't change", smiling Ethan sent a reply.

"Eating like a pig! Moron, you sure can finish all that? Ha!", message sent.

"Then come over, quick!", Lucifer sent curtly.

Sera was looking at the gown in front of her, her eyes reflecting the shine of the diamonds glittering on the beautiful garment in her hands. She loved it, Su Yin is probably the best in the world!!

Sera twirled around holding the gown in her hands, looking at the large mirror and smiling. It was so beautiful.

She hurriedly kept it back and went downstairs, to have lunch with her family. Lu Jinan had come back at dawn, he was asleep and had woken up just now to fill his empty stomach. Her father was also back early today, probably because of the charity gala.

She was feeling contented and happy, first the gown, and now her whole family was together having lunch together after so many days. The last time they ate together was when she came back from her little adventure.

Sera was smiling the whole time, her mood was contagious making everyone happy along with her.

Su Yin came after their lunch, She dashed towards Sera dragging her along to her bedroom. Sera was giggling at her friend's childish shenanigans.

" So? You liked it?", Su Yin asked

"Of course, I love it! It's so beautiful.. you know I would love to wear it tonight..", Sera's words making Su Yin's face form a weird expression.

"What are you talking about? Are you a pervert?! Ughh!", Su Yin said with an almost disgust.

"The gown!!"

"Oh! The gown?.. I thought.. Ethan Lu", Su Yin smiled sheepishly at Sera.

"What?? Are you crazy? Huh!! So that's why you called me a pervert?! Ughh how can you.. So dirty! ", Sera shoved Su Yin's hands off her shoulders.

"Hehe.. I'm sorry! It's my mistake.. Don't be mad OK?", Su Yin said laughing awkwardly.

"Fine!! Now what were you saying?"

"Oh yeah! According to the latest gossip 'Ethan Lee is dating Seraphina Lu', So I asked you"

"So why you asking me?, Wait!! What?? No... no! Never, Who? Who.. Who told you?"

Sera was stuttering, She was shocked beyond words. They're not close at all, she doesn't even know him properly! Dating?! Uh no no!

"Oh! So it's just a rumor ", Su Yin sounded a little sad.

"Of course it's not true! I don't even know him, we've just met like couple of times, having two meals is different from dating Su Yin!"

"Oh bummer! Fine, forget it"

Ethan was enjoying a meal with Lucifer when his phone chimed, he ignored it and concentrated on eating.

Lucifer was pouring wine into their glasses, looking at Ethan he smiled.

"He must have missed my cooking", Lucifer chuckled earning an odd look from Ethan.

"You called me a pig? But look who's gobbling up food like a pig!!', Lucifer sluggish said drinking wine leisurely.

"Shut up! It's just that I've not eaten anything today", Ethan lied through his teeth.

"Yeah right! Eat more you look thin", Lucifer scoffed.

"Yeah, When are you going to arrive at the gala? It'll be better if you leave with me!", Ethan spoke

"Okay let's go together, Have you prepared everything?"

"Aye aye captain!", Ethan humored his friend.
