'Oh he looks so good at a closer look, I so much want him' Ivy was in her own world, having different thoughts when Derrick came to her rescue, thinking she was an hostage taken by Valdmir.

"Hey are you alright? snap out of it" Derrick tried shaking Ivy but she wouldn't budge, she was first frozen by fear, then was smitten by the appearance of Derrick.

The location they were in was very bad, seeing that they could both get caught in the fight between two level five warriors, Derrick could only carry the dazed Ivy in his arms while escaping from there.

The face of Ivy became red as a tomato, she was blushing and smiling sheepishly, if her father who was fighting right now saw his daughter blushing for the enemy, he would die out of anger and shame.

'Why am I doing this? is this really necessary, for Christ sake am fucking injured, and am carrying an unknown girl because she could be caught in the cross fire of the fight, should I just drop her?' Derrick could only frown thinking to himself, he was doing something he doesn't want to do.

The fight between Valdmir and Shadow was getting to a close, cuts could be seen all over Valdmir's body, he was not looking good, the gap between the middle stage and late stage couldn't be overcome by brute force and sheer confidence.

'This can't go on, if I continue fighting, I might lose my head, should I bring my secret weapon, well it was meant to save my life' Valdmir thought to himself, when he knew if he continued fighting, he might lose his life, he didn't even notice his daughter was no longer behind him, the focus on the fight with Shadow has taken all he had.

"Derrick why are you bringing her to the carriage?" Ella asked, when she saw Ivy in Derrick's arms, smiling like a clown, Ella frowned, she couldn't even hide it and spoke directly, she already sounded like a jealous wife.

"What do you have me do? I don't like getting involved in things that doesn't concerns me, but if she were to be involved in the fight between Shadow and that bear, look after her she seemed dazed, and I better go check on Shadow" Derrick quickly said to Ella while dropping Ivy, the moment Derrick wanted to stand up and check up on Shadow, he was held by Ivy, who looked like someone who was about to cry.

"Please runaway please" Ivy told Derrick, who looked confused, but Derrick immediately thought that she was scared of Valdmir that's why she said something like that, which made Derrick smile a little at her.

"Don't worry we would be fine, I will make sure to get you safely out of here" Derrick immediately told her before removing her hand from his clothes and then leaving the two girls behind.

When Derrick left the atmosphere immediately plunged into a cold one, Ella was just looking at Ivy all over, and her frown begin to deepen, she had already forgotten all the resolve she had earlier to protect Derrick, when she saw a potential rival, meanwhile the real owner and fiancee is someone else right now.

"Spill, who are you? and what were you doing around this parts? why were you acting like a lost puppy? and that show me those deceiving eyes, am better than Derrick in reading people's characters, especially women like you" Ella said with her hands in her waist, like she was interrogating a criminal in an investigation.

"So his name is Derrick, what a cute name, aren't you a servant? from my understanding you were a slave, how dare you speak to me in that manner" Ivy who looked like a lost sheep a moment ago decided to bare her fangs, the moment she saw the need to.

"I knew it, you deceiving bitch, better stay away from us" Ella immediately put on her fighting stance, it was laughable, 'I have to put her in her place, before she cook up weird ideas' Ella quickly thought she had to get rid of Ivy, but was later stopped by the next words that came out of her mouth.

"All of you have to run quickly away from here or you would all die, quickly call Derrick and that man who covered his whole face" Ivy immediately told Ella, who quickly stopped and looked back on the fight, 'what was going on, what the hell is she saying, Shadow is already beating that man into a pulp' Ella thought has she rushed to look at what was happening.

"Hahaha, I admit you are strong, but I don't have any plans dying here today" Valdmir spoke in a rough tone, like he has been pushed to the wall.
