17 Announcement and Time Skip
Next day, early morning
The meeting yesterday went successfully, and an announcement was issued throughout Konoha. The civilians knew that it had something to do with a new Elder, but they did not know who would be assigned as the newly appointed elder.
"Who do you think will be the new elder?"
"It'll probably be Orochimaru or Tsunade."
Similar conversations were talked throughout Konoha, and the 3 main figures that were talked about were Orochimaru, Tsunade, and Sakumo. Out of the 3 candidates that civilians talked about, Orochimaru was the most popular choice, as he was one of the Legendary Sannin, a war hero, the student of the 3rd, and is the smartest person in the village. Tsunade was the second most popular because she was also a war hero who held the highest authority in the medical field. Her medical research improved Konoha's medical ninjas. She is also known as Princess Tsunade because she is the granddaughter of the first Hokage. Although Orochimaru and Tsunade had nothing but praises from the people, Sakumo Hatake had many people criticize him, and the only reason why he is talked about is the fact that he is a Kage-level ninja that is on par, if not stronger than the Sannin.
After a while of waiting, Hiruzen announced Fugaku as the Elder of Public Protection and Defense. When Hiruzen announced Fugaku as an elder, the uproar could be heard throughout the village, and many civilians and shinobi alike were displeased. Many of them wanted an explanation, which Hiruzen complied with and explained.
After the explanation from Hiruzen, many were still displeased but were now more understanding than before. The people that disagreed the most in the situation were the Uchihas. The Uchihas, upon learning that their Clan Patriarch became an Elder, were happy. However, their joy was cut short when Hiruzen announced the opening of the Police force for ninjas outside of the Uchihas.
Opposite from the Uchihas, many shinobis within smaller clans and civilian shinobis became joyous and quickly applied to become a Police.
Many Uchiha members protested and wanted an explanation from the Patriarch and the elders. The Uchiha elders had to explain to them about the disadvantage of the Police Force as Fugaku was currently in a meeting with the other elders about his office and his appointed ninjas. However, even with the explanation, many of the older generation still disagreed and formed a group, full of Uchiha members that wanted to overthrow the current higher-ups of the Uchihas.

Fugaku Uchiha POV
I sat in my chair inside my newly appointed office, with my hands on the forehead and a displeased face. The announcement went better than expected, with the words of Hiruzen. I was even given over 100 ninjas and complete control of the Police Forces. However, I gave up the position of chief inside the Police Force because I won't have the time to manage it. Although I don't have the chief position anymore, I still had full control over the Police Force.
Right now, I am currently reading about a newly created radical group inside the Uchiha clan. It would seem like they did not approve of the newly formed Police force.
I sighed and snapped my fingers, and a ninja with a mask appeared behind me, "Bring me Hisamao Uchiha."
Hisamao is a close friend of mine, and a person who I can trust and will fully support me in anything I do. He is my right-hand man and the newly appointed Chief of Police Force.
After a while, I heard a knock on my door, "Come in." The person that came in was Hisamao Uchiha, an Elite Jonin. I smiled at him and asked, "How is Shisui's training going?"
Hisamao became the teacher of Shisui after a bet was placed on who will win against Obito and Shisui. The Uchiha elders did not want to lose, and so they dispatched the best ninja we have, aside from me.
Hisamao smiled and said, "Elder Fugaku, his training has been going well. He's especially good in the body flicker and Kenjutsu."
I chuckled and said, "Drop the honorifics. Anyway, have you heard about the radical group that formed this afternoon?"
Hisamao frowned and said, "Yeah, I heard they don't like the new Police Force and want to overthrow the elders and you."
I sighed and put the papers that I was holding down on the table and said, "Yeah, they are growing at a fast rate too. They started with around 10 members earlier today and now became 48 ninjas. They currently have 3 Jonin ninjas in their ranks and 1 of them is an Elite Jonin."
Hisamao frowned, "An elite Jonin? This could be troublesome."
"It is, and that's why I will send you to get rid of them."
"Get rid of them? Did you get permission from the Hokage?"
"Yes, I have. Out of the 48 ninjas, 5 of them are spies implanted by one of the Uchiha Elders who was worried about the mindset that the Uchihas will have. I will give you 60 ninjas alongside Sakumo, to deal with them. I want them gone by tomorrow... Try not to attract too much attention."
"Sakumo? Did the Hokage give him to you?"
"No, he is currently under Danzo. Danzo volunteered to help and let me borrow Sakumo... You can go now, do not disappoint me."
He nodded and flickered his way out of my office.

Time Skip 1 week
Danzo POV
This week has been idle for me, with nothing really happening. After the announcement of Elder Fugaku happened, many Uchiha members disappeared without a trace from that day. Many speculate that they did not like the changes and left the village. And some say that they performed suicide because they despised the changes. However, only a few know the truth.
Sakumo reported what happened to me, and it was a battle that ended quite fast. Sakumo and Hisamao killed the Elite Jonin in less than 5 minutes, and the rest were killed by the Anbu given by Hiruzen.
The Anbu that were given to Fugaku were no longer Anbu but became the 'Guardians' that are directly under Fugaku. Their task is to report anomalies around Konoha to Fugaku. They also have the authority to arrest criminals if needed.
Apart from Fugaku building his strength as an elder in the village, nothing has really happened this week.
Currently, I am headed towards Orochimaru's lab, as he contacted me 3 days after the announcement. He said that Shin's arm is now ready for implanting and now has Hashirama's cells in them.
As I walk, I notice familiar clothing eating inside a ramen shop. I smile and go inside and greet the man,
"How have you been, Donji?"

Human puppet master - The younger brother of sasori, who can manipulate the dead and use their jutsu. His threads will be different than normal and can basically "revive" people but they will be under his control
Iwagakure forever hero - A guy that got reborn in the warring state era, and unified Iwagakure, becoming the first ever to unify a village, even before madara and hashirama. Later on, he will died and be reborn again in Iwagakure, but as a descendant of his previous body. His rebirth will be on repeat.
I'm not sure If i will ever make these lol, maybe after I finish the war arc in my other ff. If you make ff, feel free to use these ideas, I don't mind, just don't make it degenerate like harem or r18 lol
