481 The Gods’ Monument City (8)

Grand Matriarch Xi Jingping had suddenly appeared out of the blue in front of Yang Mi.

Although Yang Mi was startled by her for this was in the middle of the night but she had quickly composed herself as she smiled beautifully, "Grand Matriarch."

Grand Matriarch Xi however said solemnly, "Yang Mi, follow me now."

Yang Mi was even more startled, asking. "Where are we going? It is already so late. Shall I call our Holy Oracle Priestess to join us as well?"

Grand Matriarch Xi hummed coldly, "There is no need for the others."

With that she had walked off. 

Yang Mi was perplexed why her grand matriarch was suddenly so cold towards her. But she continued to maintain her bubble countenance and followed her. 

Soon Grand Matriarch Xi Jingping had taken her to a cave which was in one of the towering monuments. 

This monument was not too tall and measured only 200m but the pressure that it was exerting was still great.
