186 Chapter 186 - The first task

Eric spent a bit more time with Bai planning his escape. The kid was able to guide him with good input but Eric had a feeling that Bai still didn't understand the full scope of the problems. He still didn't believe anything related to magic.

He sighed loudly. "Bai I'm not lying when I'm telling you this. That monk has magic powers. Like in fantasy dramas you watch. Yeah, like that. He is making me cultivate that as well. I bet I have powers too but he is not teaching me everything since he is going to kill me in three days." He grabbed a hold of his hand. "You have to trust me on this one."
