1 The Kill

"Quickly, wear your gloves. I don't want our fingerprints to be caught by the CID when they investigate," Ridhwan passed the white surgical gloves to Nurul and they hurriedly put them on.

I was dying slowly. Everything was blurry. All I could hear was Nurul's and Ridhwan's voice. How could they do that to me? How could they kill my parents? Nurul was my only best friend. In fact, she was my only friend.

As I felt like falling asleep forever, someone pulled my arm from above. I did not know who. All I could feel now was my body slowly feels a change of medium in the environment. From water to land.
