Raeparth's Academy
Ever since the creation of the 'Pact of Cooperation' made between the Earth Union and the Arrynna Alliance, an organization made up of several of the world leaders representing the 'Other-world: Arrynna', both sides had made many points of contact since then. As the space rifts between both worlds remained open, either side could easily cross into each other's world at any time.
While the road to a peaceful coexistence was still rocky, both the Earth Union and the Arrynna Alliance had made many strides into making this work.
Due to the extreme difference in culture, each side showed a lot of interest in the other side's world. This tendency happened mostly with the younger population. Seeing this, the Earth Union thought up a surprising proposal, 'How about we set up an exchange program with our younger generation?'
At first, the Arrynna Alliance's response wasn't great. They had never known about or ever thought up of the concept of an 'exchange program'. However, after several bouts of convincing, the Arrynna Alliance agreed to this proposal.
And thus the 'Inter-world Student Exchange Program' was activated.
While it depends on the willingness of the student, the student's who sign up for the program are then allowed to apply to enroll in a partner school in the other-world. The goal of the program is to improve the understanding and relationships of both worlds starting with the younger generation. In order to test the viability of this program, only two schools from each side were chosen as the testing grounds at the beginning.
Many years had passed since the program was created. The results of the program had been mostly a success. Now many new schools joined the bandwagon, offering exchange programs with even more benefits for those that join.
Raeparth's Academy is one such school.

Boy's Dorm: Rm# 609
"You got fired!!?"

The time right now is 10:00 PM.
I am calling my younger sister, Kay Foster, as I always do.
Currently, I am sitting on my bed in my room in the Boy's Dormitory for Raeparth's Academy.
Raeparth's Academy and Raeparth's University have a shared gender-separated dormitory system where the Boy's Dormitory is located on the Northside of the island between both schools. With a curfew in place at 9:30 PM, all students are supposed to be inside their assigned dorms and are unable to leave anywhere else.
An interesting fact about the dorms is that while boys are not allowed anywhere near or inside the Girl's Dormitory, the girls are allowed, with restrictions, to visit the Boy's Dormitory.
When I first heard of this rule I thought, 'WTF'. What happened to gender equality? Why is it that it seems that the girls get more freedom?
Well anyways…with these restrictions, I have a bit of difficulty visiting any of my sisters who both live in the Girl's Dorm. The current time goes without saying.
So, being unable to meet them at the normal times of the day today, I make sure to call both of my sisters to tell them I'm okay and to see how they are.

Due to the number of students admitted towards both the Academy and University, while the size of the dorms can put a lot of condominiums to shame, most students are supposed to share their rooms with at most 3 other students.
