The Rise of the Demon Lord

A young man living normally trying to achieve his dream of becoming a merchant only to be turned upside down after he decided to help a certain elf. He got tortured,used as a weapon of war and saw some fucked up things he didn't want to see during his time as a forced bearer of the flame elemental spirit of the noble He then got captured by a group of elves sworn to wage war against the humanity and also the faction where the elves he helped sided with. He decided to help the elves only to fail and allowed the demi-humans to get captured. After getting his flame spirit power stolen for him and getting disposed of an unknown voice spoke to him about getting a revenge by taking his powers in exchange for his humanity he then agreed to the deal and obtained a unknown power. Now alive with a new identity and now an elf he's now on a revenge spree for his suffering at the hands of the noble
