STEFAN HAS TO STEP UP

Stefan eavesdrop and heard a lot of things about his fathers health. He then walked in after some few minutes after the conversation. Victoria had mixed emotions she was sad about hearing the condition of her husband, she was still happy to see her son after a long time. Stefan was also very happy to see her parents after a long time. She got to hug her and they shared a warm embrace. Stefan even got to cry tears of joy because he was happy to be home. He also went to say hello to his father who was ailing. Marcus was happy to see his only son back home. He did not expect to see him very soon. Stefan told him to rest they will talk later. Victoria knew she had a lot of explaining to do. As soon as Stefan put his suitcases down he went to get answers from his mother. They got to have that conversation. Victoria explained everything to him about the illness and how they have been facing financial problems ever since. She also explained why they had to move to a cheaper house. Stefan was still unhappy of him not being informed. Victoria also told him that his father has little time to live he should make the best out of it. Later that evening Stefan found out they were in big debt, he saw an email on his mothers phone telling them to pay up. Stefan knew he had to step up and help out. He noticed he blew most of his savings and was left with less money. He had to call his coach at major league soccer and ask him for his small salary while he was there. He was told the contract stated they pay half of the salary and Real Madrid pay the rest. The coach sent him half of what they owed him. After receiving it he got to pay some of the unpaid bills and settle the bills. He then called real Madrid president Florentino Perez and asked if he could pay up his salary he needed it urgently. The president refused to pay up what was supposed to be his claiming that is punishment for his actions, the least they could do for him is not to terminate his contract. Stefan had to relax and accept his fate. Victoria noticed Stefan had settled all their debts and bills for that very month. Meaning he spent most of his money. She was not happy but they needed it. They got to spend time time together as they adapted to the new life in west London. It was difficult for him at first since he had never before experienced that difficult life, he knew he had to do something or else the situation at home will stay like that. Later that evening Marcus felt he needed to talk to Stefan because he was in his last days. They held a conversation at midnight and Marcus got to share his last words with his son. He told Stefan he is very proud of what he has achieved and he wishes him to keep up with the good work. Marcus also told him to take care of his mother. At the back of Stefan's mind he knew his father was dying. Stefan got to say his goodbyes and tears started flowing down his cheeks. They shared a warm embrace and Stefan went to get some sleep. That very night Marcus slept and he never woke up the next day. Victoria woke up and found her husband not breathing. She started crying out loud in pain Stefan had to come and console her as they both cried. It was a tough time for them as a family. Nevertheless they knew his body had to be taken to a mortuary, and they had to call Lee funeral home to take his body. His body was taken there as they mourned his death. Friends and family were constantly paying them a visit to say their condolences. Stefan mostly felt heart broken because he wanted his father to be there with him as he achieved his dream. He was just in his bed crying the whole day. After 2 weeks they had to now plan for his funeral after they started getting better. Victoria organized for a service in a church in south London. Stefan did the invitation to friends and they did it. The service was well conducted and Marcus was buried in the nearest cemetery. It was now time for them to say their last goodbyes and let him rest in peace. Afterwards they were to now start all over again and move on. Stefan did not know what is next for him.
