"It's all a misunderstanding. I'm not cheating on you. Trust me." "Xian, there's nothing left between us. How could you lie to me? Just go away from here," said Bai with a broken voice to Xian. Xian held Bai's hands gently when Mishi, best friend of Bai, came forward and slapped him hard. "Get away from her sight and stop bothering Bai. I haven't forgotten my Revenge

Xian woke up early and saw Mishi sleeping on the couch without any blanket. He went to the room and brought a blanket for her. He put the blanket on her when her sleep got broken and she looked at him. Xian stepped back and said, "I....I...was just giving you the blanket. At least take a blanket while sleeping. I don't want to trouble myself if you get sick." He then adjusted himself.

Mishi got up from the couch and looked at the time. "You're going early so I'll make breakfast for you. You should freshen up and get ready," murmured Mishi and walked toward the washroom.

Mishi after freshening up went to the kitchen. She started making breakfast for Xian. Mishi made Congee, a Chinese cuisine for him along with soybean milk. She put the plates on the dining table when Xian came there with his blazer and tie in his hands.

"Why didn't you tie your tie?," asked Mishi looking at him.

"I'm getting late. Li will do this for me. Where's the breakfast?," asked Xian. Mishi put the bowls on the table and served him breakfast. Xian quickly finished his food and said, "I don't like soybean milk" and got up from the chair.

Mishi walked to him and said, "let me help you" and picked his tie from the sofa there. Xian nodded and bent down to reach her head. Mishi put the tie around his neck, making a good knot in it. "I usually used to tie my father's necktie."

Xian looked at her and said, "You can tie it for me from now on." Mishi looked at him and smiled.

"Xian, thank you....," mumbled Mishi.

Xian stepped back and said, "Mishi, don't think if I am talking with you that means that I have stopped hating you. My revenge is still with me. You've to suffer the same as I suffered and am still suffering." Saying this Xian picked his blazer from the sofa there and walked out of the house. Mishi felt bad hearing this.

After cleaning the house she left for the subway near SJM. She reached there in an hour and took a seat quite far from the window and is on the far left. She ordered an iced coffee for her and waited for Bai. She tried to call her but Bai's phone was off.

She looked at her phone and saw the message of the parents ' teacher meeting next week in her siblings' school. Her order came and she started drinking it with small sips.

Bai came there and saw her. Mishi waved at her and she walked to her. Bai ordered meals for them. "Mishi, you're looking good." Bai complimented her.

"Thanks Bai," said Mishi and ordered another iced coffee for Bai.

"How did you two meet?," asked Bai.

"Bai, we met just a month ago," lied Mishi. She then took a deep breath and said, "then we dated but I never knew that you both were exes."

"He's not good. Breakup with him. I'm surprised to know he's a CEO now," murmured Bai.

Mishi looked at Bai but didn't say anything. She wanted to tell her that she was married to Xian but she's afraid how Bai would react. So she thought to tell her some other time. "Bai, is there something that you hid from me 6 years ago?," asked Mishi.

Bai looked at her and said, "Mishi you're suspicious of me?"

"No. I'm not....Bai," stuttered Mishi.

"Mishi, I think you must've met with his friend Yin Mei. That day when I went to his room to meet him, he was with her. I think they've broken up, that's why he dated you. But Mishi does he really date you....I.....mean does he like you? If not then he might be thinking of taking revenge from you so I suggest you break up with him asap.

Why don't you give Zhao a chance? He's far better than him but then again it's your decision," mumbled Bai. Their iced coffees were placed at the table. Bai took sips of the coffee.

Mishi now got more confused about Xian. "He said last night that I was angry at the wrong person. Mark also lied to me. And I don't know who's this Yin Mei. Bai is also right, he has married me for revenge," thought Mishi in her mind when Bai snapped her fingers before Mishi made her come out of her thoughts.

"Mishi, here this is for CC. Lui Lan sent this so please accept this without any question," insisted Bai. Mishi thanked her and Bai got into a taxi.

Mishi thought to go to Maximus to ask Mark about this. After an hour she reached there and went to the 7th floor. She went to Mark's office but his secretary told him that he's out for work and will come late. She thought to go to Xian's office to ask him about this.

As soon as she pushed the glass door she saw a girl hugging Xian. Mishi stopped at the door.

"Xian I missed you," said the girl. Xian too smiled and hugged her tightly. "Yin I missed you too. After six months you came back from the US. You just left me without saying anything," said Xian, still hugging her.

"Xian, you married in that period without even telling me," mumbled Yin and released the hug.

"I don't love her. It's just I want my revenge from her," murmured Xian.

"Revenge?" Hearing this Mishi silently released her hand from the door handle and walked away from there with tears in her eyes.

"Of course. Bai is married now there's nothing left," stated Xian.

"Xian you're still behind that girl. Move on," muttered Yin.

"Yin, you know how much I loved her. Because of Mishi everything get ruined," murmured Xian and supported himself from the desk's edge.

Yin turned to him. "Xian, you should forget about her now. You're married so now focus on your marriage." She tried making him understand and then sat on the couch there.

"Mark told me Mishi is a kind woman and has gone through many things in her life. He even talked about how she's now her sister so you can't touch her because he will kick your butt." Yin laughed slightly speaking this.

"Mark is too much into her. You don't know how much attitude she has. Her siblings are so cute unlike her. In every question she snaps back as if I'm at mistake and she's a pure soul," murmured Xian.

Yin smiled seeing him and said, "Don't fall for her in this game of revenge of yours. Leave this revenge thing. You never talked about me like this with anyone. I mean I also liked you back and we dated but you never talked about me like this. With Mishi you're different you're not pushing her but keeping her close," said Yin.

Xian laughed hearing this. "Yin, you're thinking too much," said Xian and went to his chair and sat on it.

"So, when will you invite me to dinner with your wife?," asked Yin, crossing her legs.

"Anytime you want to come you're welcome," said Xian. "You can come with me today," said Xian.

Yin smiled at his immediate invitation. "Ask your wife first. She might get jealous of me."

"Hey, why would she be jealous of you when she and I hate each other." Xian muttered and started typing on the keyboard.

"Because she's a woman and your wife. Our closeness might make her feel jealous," said Yin and smiled.

"Haha, it won't happen." Xian assured her and laughed.

Mishi threw her purse on the couch, put the bags on the table and laid down on the bed.

"How can I believe him? He was clearly lying last night. The things I observed about him were also wrong. Bai, sorry I got suspicious of you. How can I believe that jerk? He indeed cheated Bai 6 years ago.

Tonight I'm going to teach him a lesson, a very good lesson," mumbled Mishi and laughed.

Her phone rang and Xian's name popped on it. "Hello," said Mishi with disinterest.

"I've a guest tonight for dinner. Make a good dinner for us," ordered Xian from the other side of the phone.

"I'm not your servant. Make yourself and eat that dinner of yours," snapped Mishi angrily at him.

"I didn't ask your opinion," muttered Xian and hung up. Mishi looked at the screen and made a face.

"I will surely teach him a lesson tonight. His friend will also know his true nature then. He will be angry but won't do anything in front of his friend. I want to see his face. Be ready Xian Zhang for tonight. You can't crumble me everytime. Now I'll also take revenge on you for making my friend cry and making my life like this," murmured Mishi and laughed.

She went to the kitchen and grabbed a water bottle from the fridge and started drinking the water. "What should I make for them?," mumbled Mishi.

"Kung Pao chicken and hotpot. Yes it will be good," said Mishi and looked at the time. She picked her phone and called Xian. "Speak", said Xian with disinterest from the other side.

"When will you come?," asked Mishi.

"I'll come early today. By 6 p.m.," said Xian. Mishi cut the call hearing this.

Xian looked at his phone and murmured, "she is again showing me her attitude. I'll teach her a good lesson tonight". He put the phone aside and continued reading the files which he had to sign.
