FIFTEEN minutes had passed since they boarded the train going around the castle area.  Luo Yan had no time to appreciate the view outside the train's window because both him and Shen Ji Yun were busy asking the NPCs working in the train.  The two of them separated – one went to the south side of the train and one went to the north side.  This way, they could ask more NPCs at a short period of time.  They decided to meet at the very middle.  Which was the dining cart.

Luo Yan was responsible for the south side.  He already finished asking everyone and all that was left was the NPCs working in the kitchen.  The dining cart was provided to players who wanted to eat something while looking at the view outside.  So, of course, there should be a kitchen.
