2 Chapter Two - Last Goodbye Rites (2)

In Jemima's Apartment

"O-okay. We have heard your own side of the story and we admit that it is not your fault now." Joslynn said calmly. Methinks that her anger reduced after hearing my side.

"B-but you can still convince your folks. You're their daughter and they should..." Gwenn tried to reason out to me but Joslynn interrupted. Gwenn doesn't even understand what it means when parents make final decisions.

Joslynn said to Gwenn with such sad smile. "It's of no use convincing her parents 'cause they've done the necessary registrations."

"But you girls are still my BFFs and nobody will take away that position, right?" I asked with such reassuring smile and they nodded.

Then, the horn of a saloon car was heard. "OMG! That must be your driver." Joslynn exclaimed.

"But ere you go, let's have our very last girlie bear hug." Gwenn said and we came together as a group and hugged each other tightly. Oh my! Those two girls hugged me very tightly and I looked so chokingly red right now. "I'll miss you so badly, so so badly." Gwenn cried out and she started sobbing.

"Don't worry, I will chat you girls every now and then and also call you. Just don't miss me that much." I said with a tear rolling down from my eyes. The girls looked hurt when they saw me cry.

The car horn came again and I quickly hurled my baggage and my bags to the car, thanks to my friends for their help. I could see the girls waving at me and I waved back. Tears freely flowed from my eyes and I wiped it with my handkerchief.

"I will miss you so much, Hamill Dayle High School." I whispered to myself and the driver drove off to my parents house back in Evander.
