Chester looked at Beth as though she had finally turned crazy. He was already deep into her lie about being pregnant and now, she wanted him to do this? "I cannot-"

"You will. I've been providing you with a lot of money and thanks to me, look at where you are now," Beth said, looking around the brand-new office. This was more suited to her taste. "I have given you a better life. Do not cross me as I can still take away all this from you."

"You've even bought a new place for your family," Beth added. "Don't look so surprised. You couldn't have possibly thought that I wasn't keeping an eye on you, did you? I don't trust you yet."

"If you can do that, why can't you have someone who is looking into me to help you to kill your mother-in-law?" Chester asked.
