Chapter 42: Kayn versus the Flame Gorilla

After decapitating the head of the Earth Worm to make sure that it won't affect the subsequent event, Kayn immediately got himself out of the Nature's Trap as the trunk he was standing on was quickly being grounded into pieces.

When Kayn landed on the hard ground, he quickly noticed that the Flame Gorilla has finally destroyed the last remaining trunk blocking its way from reaching him.

At this moment, Kayn and the Flame Gorilla finally came face to face against each other in a staring contest with no one to disturb them.

Just to make sure that was really the case, Kayn shortly glimpsed at the other monsters, and soon after felt how ridiculous and stupid they currently looked.

If before they were only trapped in the center of the trunks that the Flame Gorilla had blasted in the middle, right now they are basically intertwining with each other. It's literally impossible for them to move any time soon.
