12 Chapter Twelve: A Chance Meeting on the Road
Aidan and Zephyr continued their journey towards Cerulean City on Aidan's trusty bike. The wind rustled through the trees, and the sunlight filtered through the leaves, casting dappled shadows on the forest path. The road was serene, but Aidan couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation in the air. Every bend in the road held the promise of new experiences and challenges.
It was during one such bend that Aidan spotted a commotion in the distance. A cluster of Spearow was swarming around a small, lone Pokémon. As he drew nearer, Aidan's heart sank. The Pokémon under attack was a Phanpy, and it was bravely fending off the aggressive Spearow, tusking them away with determination.
Aidan knew he had to help, and he called out to Zephyr, his steadfast partner. With a fierce determination in their eyes, Zephyr and Aidan made a plan. Aidan dismounted his bike and approached the scene. The Spearow were so engrossed in their attack on Phanpy that they didn't notice the duo's approach.
With a nod from Aidan, Zephyr unleashed a brilliant attack known as "Radiant Gust." A burst of radiant energy erupted from Zephyr, creating a stunning display of power. The Spearow were caught off guard, their formation disrupted, and they scattered in all directions, squawking in fear.
Phanpy, initially shocked and showing hostility, couldn't believe its eyes as the Spearow dispersed in fear. Aidan approached the trembling Phanpy, whose trust had been shattered by the relentless attacks. With a gentle touch, Aidan channeled his aura, and a soothing, healing energy enveloped the Phanpy. It was a technique Aidan had discovered by accident when he noticed an injured Pidgey. Moved by compassion, Aidan reached out and placed his hand on the wounded bird's trembling form. In that moment, his Aura coursed through him. It was as if his very aura connected with the Pidgey's essence.
To his amazement, the Pidgey's wounds began to heal, and its pain subsided. This accidental discovery left a profound impact on Aidan, leading him to further explore the healing potential of his aura. He learned to channel this energy to mend the injuries of Pokémon and found that his unique ability fostered a deep bond of trust between him and his newfound friends.
The Phanpy's tense posture gradually relaxed as it felt the comforting aura's embrace. Relief washed over its features, and it tentatively nuzzled Aidan's hand, a sign of acceptance.
Aidan smiled, relieved that he had earned the trust of the young Phanpy. "How about it? Would you like to come with us on our journey? We could use a strong friend like you."
The Phanpy, no longer alone and filled with gratitude, gave a resolute nod. It was a testament to the bond Aidan shared with Pokémon, a connection that transcended words.
With a new companion by his side, Aidan continued his journey to Cerulean City, knowing that every encounter and every challenge would bring him one step closer to his goals. The road ahead was full of mysteries, but with his friends Zephyr and Phanpy, Aidan was more than ready to face whatever lay ahead.

The reason I chose Phanpy is because it was the first Pokémon I caught while playing one of those online RPG Pokémon games. I know some if not most people will be dissatisfied with it, so I thought why not take the Reader's choice of Pokémon. Therefore, I leave it up to you guys to choose the third Pokémon. Though it will take some time for that Pokémon to appear as I don't want him to catch Pokémon's left and right😅. I found that Hoenn and Johto are the closest to Kanto so a Pokémon from any of these three regions? Please do comment as I myself am not sure of which Pokémon to choose because of the large amount of them.
