CHAPTER 1

PROLOGUE

A woman was driving through the woods one stormy night in Sioux when she was drawn by the bright green light glowing and fading. Bewildered she stopped her car and switched on the car's headlight just in time to see a hand covered in dirt, trying to reach out to something. A bit terrified, she called out to the human but the hand folded in a fist and suddenly she could hear and feel the ground trembling, then she saw the roots and swines moving towards her very fast. The woman started the car and wanted to drive but her car tires were stuck before being lifted up as twigs and branches flung itself hard against the car trying to wreck it. The woman was screaming loudly when her car dropped to the ground and the green light went out.

Petrified she gets out of the car to run when she hears a child's voice saying,

"Help me."

IN A PLANET CALLED SKYRIS

THE SIX KINGDOMS

NORA'S POV

I was standing in the garden satisfied with the voice of nature calling out to me. I could hear the birds conversing, the calls and shrieks of the plants and the whispers of the grasses beneath my feet. I could hear the peaceful shrill of the trees as it swayed its branches as a result of zephyr{gentle wind}. But suddenly it was quiet as I felt an unwelcome presence and opened my eyes. Great, it was the water boy Warren.

"Hey, am I interrupting?" He said as I rolled my eyes and said,

"If I say yes, will you go away, water boy?" I replied as he looked hurt a bit.

"Ouch, I didn't know that we were discriminating here." He said as I looked stupid now and said,

"No, no….I meant….you see…I'll"

"It is cool, I just came to remind you that classes would soon start. And you know that we can't miss Skyris 102." He said as I groaned in frustration. How I hated that subject.

"Skyris 102 is all about the origin of Skyris, how it was founded by the sky kingdom, yada yada yada{blah, blah, blah}" I said as Warren chuckled and said,

"And here I thought everyone enjoyed the class like I did."

"I enjoyed it too…when I fall asleep. But sure let's go. I can always meditate later." I said as we both walked back to the class section.

When we got there, I saw Eric{ Prince of the Kingdom Sky and future Heir of the Planet also my crush} laughing with his friends as I sighed dreamily.

"Great, another Eric crusher." Warren muttered leaving me there to sit down when I felt someone bump into me. I turned to see who it was and quickly took a few steps in disgust and fear. Great, it was the Outcast and the most hated person in Skyris- Aishling.

I quickly shuddered in disgust and went to sit down and watched her as she bent her head down and walked pass Eric to the rear where she found her locker and seat covered in rotten tomatoes and a whole lot of nauseating things. I felt bad for her a bit, being hated by everyone got to suck right.

She stood still, probably couldn't believe what she was seeing when I heard another girl by the name Clarissa say,

"Hey Aish…heard you got your locker and chair from the waste lands of Skyris. That quite sure explains a lot. Seems your locker seems repulsed to you also."

But Aish kept mute as I watched her try to pick up the nauseating things when I gagged. Definitely I was going to lose my breakfast if I kept watching her. She better not bump into me again without taking trillions of bath first. I was looking away when I heard a boy say, and not just any boy the second most hottest boy after Eric and unfortunately a bully pull her back by her long hair and say

"Listen here outcast, the next time, you cross my path; I won't hesitate to…" He didn't complete his statement as there was a gut of wind blinding all of us momentarily when I opened them again and saw Eric jerk the outcast free from his hold and said,

"Next time you touch her, I will make sure that you lose your hand." He threatened as I couldn't believe what was happening. Eric, the guy who hated her in the world was helping her?!

"Oh, the good Samaritan Eric, trying to play knight in shining armor aren't you? I am scared now." Fred said taunting him as Eric pushed him and said.

"Why don't you pick on someone your own size, or sex. Or are you worried that the boys wouldn't blink an eye before beating you up badly." I heard Eric say as Fred tried to control his anger and say,

"Look here pretty boy. I don't beat up royalty but I will take a swing at you if you keep on provoking me. BTW, don't tell me that you have zinged for her." He said with a defiant smirk on his face as I could hear some of the boys agreeing to what Fred had said,

"My life isn't your business." Eric said as Fred walked closer too him and said,

"Oh, but it is….what do you think that your parents and members of your tribe will do when they find out that their son and future leader of the Skyris Kingdom is in love with the outcast.." I couldn't bear to listen to this any more as I snapped my wand in half and tried to control my anger.

"Watch it!" Eric warned as Fred nevertheless continued to taunt him a little more.

"No, I will make sure that you suffer with your little outcast… Fred was cut short by a punch and this led to a fight.

Fred levitated a flaming locker ready to swing at him while Eric created a zephyr and wanted to attack also when my doppelganger intervened shouting enough as she created twigs which held them apart from each other. And that was when our master walked into the room.

"Typical of my twin sister Lynn to always get her ass in trouble."
