As he did so, the man stopped typing and Brandyn knew exactly what had gone down. As Brandyn stepped forward, the man slid back in his chair.

Brandyn was not bothered about the man and took his life with a simple lightning bolt to his chest.

He started absorbing energy from his mana bank before he turned to view the laptop in the centre of the room.

There was a wooden desk with a laptop and several assault rifles lying across the room's walls.

Brandyn, while wiping the blood off his fingers, tried to see what had just been sent on the laptop and as he did this, the other soldiers came charging in.

"What happened?!" Sir Briones asked.

"He sent it. He sent the message." Brandyn said, which made Sir Briones' face become totally neutral.

The students looked concerned too and felt quite disheartened since they had failed the mission.
