The soldiers and students continued to converse, and their next mission was revealed to them.

Beside Brandyn was Clark Mateo, who had been called to the building a few hours ago.

Clark gave Brandyn a look of disdain before standing beside him to hear Hoffman's order.

"Clark, Brandyn, you both have a very important mission. We will release the man we detained." Sir Hoffman stated.

Brandyn had an indifferent response to his statement but this was not the case for Clark.

"What?! Why don't we just get rid of him now?! I'll use my laser beams so we can get him to talk!" Clark said, boldly and powerfully.

He slammed his fists together and Hoffman's face showed that he was bubbling up with anger. He made an attempt to keep his face neutral but his emotion was seen in the slight micro-adjustments made to his face.

"Are you defying me?!" Hoffman stated, walking closer to Clark.
