Flashback Continues; Before They Went Back 3
"Tell me, who did it?" Lane insisted to know who dared attack his sister.
There was a moment of silence that made Lane shiver unknowingly.
"It was the Queen, our mother" Tashina mumbled.
She didn't want to say it too loud in the fear that it may shock him. more than expected.
Tashina looked up to her brother.
His face was filled with dread and he wasn't able to speak.
"W-what?" It was barely a whisper when he spoke.
"Lane, I know it's hard to believe but you need to know there's no way I will lie or joke about this," Tashina held her brother's hand.
"No" Lane shook his head.
"No, no" he shook his head and denied it adamantly.
"Lane, calm down" Tashina tightened her grip on his hand.
All of a sudden, Lane's breath started coming out in bits. His chest rose and fell in a drastic way that Tashina instantly knew what was going on.
Lane's heart was failing again.
