Zero moved towards the door before slowly opening it, sticking the gun out first and checking around him. The first thing he noticed was that the door led to the domed area, and was a maintenance closet. The second thing he noticed was three people running through the room, each holding a large weapon. Without hesitation, Zero took off out of the door and raised his entire left hand before punching out with it. As he punched, he willed the Seeker beam to shoot out, targeting the second female figure besides the tall buffer option.

The beam that shot out of his hand was 3 times the size of the individual fingers, and shot faster then the others as well. The beam reached the girl in the matter of seconds, it slamming into her neck, completely separating it from her shoulders. As soon as it had made it through the girls neck, it once more shifted to impale the girls body over fifteen more times before it raced towards the two who had momentarily stopped when the girl had been hit.

The beam targeted the other girl next. When the girl saw this, she started running once more. Zero devilishly smiled as the beam changed targets and went flying towards the man who was stupidly standing still as if in a daze. The beam flew strait towards the mans head and was about to slam through it when it suddenly disappeared. Zero internally cursed before raising his right hand and aiming at the stunned man. Zero had arrived within 20 feet of the man as he had been racing towards them the entire time. Without giving him a second to regroup his thoughts, Zero aimed at the mans chest and fired three times.

The first two bullets missed before the third his his shoulder, causing him to drop his gun. Zero quickly made his way over to his body and shot him once in the head before walking over to the girl and doing the same. Something he had noticed when he had been making his way to the man to finish him off was the girls entire body had souls racing around it. 'If I don't outright kill a Host, they can heal themselves with enough souls.'

Zero started to get rather annoyed as when he shot the girl dead, the souls simply disappeared. Zero slapped his right hand against the girls Shade that formed while simply bumping the mans condensed soul.

Zero quickly pulled the mans body towards a small display which cut off view from the main doors. Zero quickly took the gun that had been dragged along as it was clipped to a strap that traveled across his chest. He quickly found the button to eject the magazine and checked it. He noticed a small window on the side, finding it had a number 25 with bullets next to it. 'He didn't fire any of them?' Zero quickly placed the magazine back into the weapon before taking off the strap from his body, and the three extra magazines he had in his cargo pants.

gun in hand, Zero quickly made his way towards the three other rooms, before hitting the wondering Shade that was near the man he had surprised killed. 'The man had a shade? That means they must have fed him the souls, like they did the one with the shield ability. If my guess is right, then he must have had a useful offensive ability.' Zero was about to go regroup with the bull when he suddenly saw his soul counter.

There floating in the corner of his eye was the numbers 4071. 'Almost 5,000...' Zero could feel the left side of his face twitching as it formed a smile. Zero quickly pulled his wondering mind back to the man laying on the ground with holes through him. He quickly pulled the man over to the side of the room before checking his body. There he found another assault rifle, to which he quickly grabbed it and checked the magazine. This time it was completely empty. Zero sighed before quickly walking over and taking his duffle bag out of the drawer. Once he had the duffle bag, he put the two assault rifles into it, including the 6 magazines he found on the two bodies.

Once Zero zipped the bag back up, he used his right hand to pull the duffle bag onto his left shoulder before he started walking towards the direction the bull had run. The third room had a hallway that cut to the left, leading to the next room. Zero quickly made his way down it before arriving at a busted open door with a damaged sign saying, "Creature living pens."

Zero raced through it, His hand ready to fire a beam at anything that moved. Zero heard a light grunt, and he started moving forward. As he made it into an area with bard bens, he found one with its door opened. When he walked over to it, He could see the bull hiding in the corner. "5,000." The bull looked up at Zero with what Zero figured was confusion. The left side of Zero's face twitched once more, his right fingers starting to inch. The bull quickly tried to stand, however Zero was faster.

Two different Seeker Beams shot out of his two thumb toes before slamming into the bull's barrier, it rippling before it started to crack. The bull let out a small bellow before the two beams shattered its barrier and started turning it into a pin cushion. As soon as the bulls head flopped and the souls condensed into a Shade, Zero's whole face turned into a grin from ear to ear.

Zero moved forward and grabbed the Shade with his right hand, his eyes going wide as he saw the window.
