13 Legal Troubles

"Oh hi Seamus." Harry said absently as he walked past them, he had better things to deal with then Ron at the moment.

"Why so tense Potter?" Harry heard a familiar voice call, Harry looked left and found a bunch of Slytherin's standing by a tree and one jackass up on the tree trying to look cool even though he really just looked awkward with how his legs were pushed together by the branches.

"Probably because I haven't had my tension released via my usual method of your mothers mouth." Harry replied, causing Draco to turn red in anger. "What do you want Malfoy? And what the fuck are you doing up in the tree? Did you climb up there just so you could spot me? I'm flattered Malfoy but you're aiming for a different side of the quidditch pitch than me."

"Shut it Potter!" Malfoy spat before a smirk appeared on his face. "My father and I have a bet you see, I don't think you'll last ten minutes in this tournament." Malfoy said as he dropped down, trying to look cool but that was ruined as Harry saw the slight shaking in his leg from the drop. "He disagrees, he doesn't think you'd last five." Malfoy laughed along with his other Slytherins.

"Malfoy I don't give a damn what you or your dumbass father thinks." Harry replied in a bored tone.

"What did you say Potter?!" Malfoy demanded as he removed his wand and held it in his hand.

"Oh for goodness sake." Harry said under his breath before he calmly walked up to Malfoy.

"What do you think you're going to do Potter?! You filthy half-blood! I will..." Malfoy was cut off as Harry slapped him on the face, causing him to stumble back in shock. "...did you just slap me?" He said as he looked at him with complete and utter disbelief.

"I don't know," Harry said as he slapped him again. "did I?" Harry said before a third slap which caused Malfoy to back up again. "Did I Malfoy?" Harry said with one more slap, now Draco was leaning against the tree while the nearby Slytherin's watched but looked unsure if they should do something.

"Stop it Potter or else!" Malfoy said before another slap connected with his already red face.

"Or else what? You're going to shoot me with a spell? Go on then." Harry said as he grabbed Malfoy by the wrist of his wand arm and redirected his hand so the wand was now pressed against Harry's head. "Go on then."

"Are you mad?!" Malfoy demanded and tried to pull his hand away but Harry's grip tightened and forced it to stay there.

"Yep. Malfoy if you're going to curse me then you look me in the eye and curse me like a man." Harry said, his powerful gaze locked on to Malfoy's. Malfoy stared back from several moments but under Harry's gaze he eventually ended up looking away. "That's what I thought." Harry said as he released his hand. "It don't take a lot to make a paper man crumble Malfoy, you remember that." Harry said as he walked away but was prepared to turn around and defend himself. "Now stay away from me, you pathetic idiot."

"Pathetic?!" Malfoy repeated, suddenly feeling a lot braver now that Harry was looking the other way. "I'll show you!" Malfoy said as he aimed his wand and was about to cast a spell.

However Harry was quicker and turned around and shot of a disarming spell just as heard another voice.

"Oh no you don't sonny!" The voice shouted just before Malfoy lost his wand, after Malfoy's wand shout out of his hand he was hit by another spell, Malfoy let out a scream before he was transformed into a white ferret. Harry looked to see Mad-Eye Moody storming towards them, slowed down only slightly by his fake leg and cane. "I'll teach you to curse someone when their back is turned!" Moody said in an angry voice as he pointed his wand at Malfoy and began levitating him up and down. "You stinking...cowardly..." Moody spat out a few more insults as he aggressively levitated Malfoy up and down.

"Professor Moody!" McGonagall said as she arrived on the scene and saw Moody levitating a ferret up and down. "What are you doing?!"

"Teaching." Was Moody's response.

"Is...is that a student?!" McGonagall gasped as she pointed to the ferret.

"Technically it's a ferret." Moody responded without missing a beat.

"Definitely an idiot." Harry couldn't help but comment.

"Right you are lad." Moody nodded before he grabbed the ferret and shoved it down Crabbe's pants, causing Crabbe to scream.

"In Crabbe's pants already? You have no patience Malfoy." Harry tutted his teeth as he shook his head in disapproval.

"Mr Potter you are not helping!" McGonagall glared at him while Goyle tried to remove Malfoy only to get bitten.

"Good thing I'm not trying to help then." Harry grinned before Mad-Eye winked at him and he couldn't supress the laugh that came out. A few seconds later Malfoy had managed to escape Crabbe's pants, McGonagall pointed her wand at him and to Harry's disappointment ferret Malfoy turned back into human Malfoy. "Goddamn it." Harry sighed. "Another thing you've ruined for me professor."

"My father will hear about this!" Malfoy said glaring at Moody.

"Is that a threat?!" Moody demanded as he began chasing after Malfoy who began running around a tree to try and escape him, Harry mentally noted how he didn't seem to be using his cane but decided to file that away for later and just spend the moment enjoying Moody chasing Malfoy. "Is that a threat?!" Moody shouted as Malfoy tried to run away only for Harry to send a discreet tripping hex at his feet, causing him to fall on the floor. "I can tell your stories about your father that will curl even your greasy hair boy!" Moody roared as Malfoy got back up to his feet and ran. "It doesn't end here!" He shouted to the running Malfoy.

"Alastor!" McGonagall said, bringing his attention back to her. "We never use transfiguration as a punishment! Surely Dumbledore told you that."

"You have punishments?!" Harry blurted out with fake shock. "I mean with all of the bullying and swearing and cursing between students I could never have guessed." McGonagall seemed to be ignoring him and focused on Moody.

"He might have mentioned it." Moody sighed.

"And you'll do well to remember it. " McGonagall said in a warning tone. "Twenty points from Gryffindor Mr Potter." She added before walking off and shooing away the other students who had watched the whole thing. As soon as she was not looking at him Moody stuck his tongue out at her and made a face at the same time as Harry. Moody grabbed his cane and began walking away.

"You come with me." He said to Harry who followed, Harry did as he was told and followed. Although this time he couldn't help but notice that now Moody looked like he actually had to use his cane.

"That was bloody brilliant by the way." Harry said as he followed Moody. "I need to learn that spell by the way, when you go at the end of the year I can have fun changing the prat into a ferret."

"It's a complicated spell lad, do it wrong and you end up killing him." Moody warned.

"Would it be painful?" Harry asked.

"Incredibly." Moody nodded.

"Yeah you should know that that's just encouraging me to do it." Harry admitted, causing Moody to laugh.

"Ha! I didn't expect that type of thinking from you Potter." Moody said as he gave Harry an appraising look. "Anyone I asks says that you're the golden boy of Gryffindor."

"I used to be." Harry said in an almost embarrassed voice. "But then I stopped caring about what the sheep of the wizarding world think."

"Really?" Moody stopped, which caused Harry to stop, Moody looked at him for a few seconds before speaking again. "and what are you now?"

"I am me, and people had better get out of my way or get ready to be run over." Harry said, looking Moody straight in the eye. Moody looked at him for several moments.

"Ha!" Moody barked. "come with me Potter." Moody said before he walked off with Harry following after him.

"Lucius!" Narcissa said as she arrived in Lucius's office. "We're being sued!" She said as she slammed a letter down on his desk.

"What?!" He blurted out before he grabbed the letter and began reading.

"Apparently the Potter boy is suing us because Draco used his name in some badges!"

"What the fuck?!"
