2 2. It’s not my fault...

𝑶𝒇 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒑𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒘𝒉𝒚 𝒅𝒐 𝒊 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒖𝒎𝒑 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎...The three boys stood mighty in front of her with dark expressions on. They definitely weren't happy to see her...

"Are you asking for death?!"

"I-I'm sorry..." Vivian quickly apologized as she stood up, back on her two feet. She tensed up seeing, Logan, Carter and Jake standing in front of her with black faces on.

They were the first ever one's to pick on her since she first stepped into Star Rise High. Every now and then, when they have nothing to do or when they see her, they would go find her for trouble.

It was normal to her, there were students who saw it but none wanted to help cause they were scared of them...They were known as the biggest bully gang in the school.

None wanted to mess with them...or they'll get the consequences. They three were all in the silver rank...with Logan, a werewolf as their leader.

"Look, it's that pathetic looking bunny again~" Jake, that was a silver ranked bear with black hair, walked over to her as she slowly backed away until she hit a dustbin. She stared at each of them with fear in her eyes...

"P-please spare me..."

"Do you accept her apology Logan?"

"HAH, no way!" Vivian took her chance and ran away from them, she ran to a different hallway, where extra classrooms were at.

Once she was clear of them, she took a breather. 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒚 𝒘𝒐𝒏'𝒕 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒂𝒇𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒎𝒆 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕...?

"Boo!" She was pushed harshly onto the floor, when one of them appeared behind her without notice.

She tried getting up but the one who pushed her, Carter, stepped on her back which made her yelp in pain. He was a werewolf too...

"Trying to run little one~?" Logan, the leader of the group grabbed Vivian by her bunny ears and squished them harshly, under his grip. Her ears were sensitive, it also soft and kinda fragile like.

"H-help..."

"Pfftt...are you calling for help? There will be no one here who is willing to save you-"

"Hah...no. I meant, you guys should be calling help for yourselves..." She stared at Logan with her dark purple eyes, that suddenly glowed, making him let go of her ears.

He could see faint shadows appearing behind her as she stood up. There was a sudden dark aura feeling that surrounded the hallway and it was coming from Vivian.

Being taken aback, he backed away from her...

"Watch what you say kid! Why would I be the one needing help here!" he courageously showed his claws and dived in, trying to scratch her. She dodged the attack and teleported behind him, smirking.

"You!" He used a green vine spell to grab her but she teleported up into the air, behind him and gave him a strong kick to the spine.

Hearing his spine crack made her smile, he hit the ground hard as he groaned. 𝑶𝒐𝒑𝒔...𝒊𝒔 𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝒐𝒌𝒂𝒚?

The other two stared in disbelief, seeing that their leader was beaten up by a mere low ranked bunny. Both used their powers at the same time but it hardly did any damage to Vivian as she set up a small pink barrier in front of her, protecting herself from it.

"Y-you! How did you do that?!"

"You talk too much..." With a swipe of her finger up, Vivian silenced him, it removed Carter's voice from his vocal cords. He tried speaking but nothing came out from his mouth, not even a sound...

Jake's red eyes glowed, making fire magically appear from the ground, causing a explosion of smoke to arise with the fire.

There wasn't any movement from Vivian as she cannot be seen through the smokes of fire. Jake, thinking that he has won, smiled evilly as the fire was still burned red and orange.

"Low ranks, hah...she must be dead or maybe half alive-"

"Sorry to burst your bubble but I'm fully alive..." She emerged from the smoke of fire, dashing towards Jake at full speed. She dashed past Jake, who suddenly fell to the floor with a huge deep cut at his waist.

He clutched his huge wound with his hand, trying to stop the blood that was oozing out continuously. He might even die from blood loss if it doesn't stop, it made the floor drenched with his puddle of blood.

"Y-you-" before he could even say anything, he spat out blood and some were dripping out from his mouth. 𝑶𝒖𝒄𝒉...𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒎𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒉𝒖𝒓𝒕...

Vivian helped stop the blood since she felt a little sympathy for Jake. She turned to look at Carter and smiled, striding over towards him. He looked frightened by her, 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒅𝒊𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒇𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒇𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒈𝒐?

She used a spell that lifted the him up into the air, suffocating him. His face nearly turned pale white but before he completely loses his conscious, she threw him harshly onto the wall, denting and cracking them.

"Oops...the wall is damaged~ I don't think that was any strong magic though..." Vivian chuckled, seeing that the three who were confident from the start, are now lying on the floor.

"Huh...your still awake?" She teleported to Logan and lifted him up with strong light rings that tightened around him.

"Y-young master, please help me!" She turned to see the new student, Gavin Reinhardt, that she heard about from her best friend. Suddenly, snapping out of it, she dropped Logan onto the floor.

"My office now!" Gavin walked away and left her with the three injured guys. 𝑺𝒐 𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒅, 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒖𝒏𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓? She turned back to Logan and gasped at what she saw.

𝑾𝒂𝒊𝒕...𝒊 𝒅𝒊𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔? She stared at the Logan, who still manage to stand even with a broken spine, with a awkward gaze. She couldn't believe that she did all this...all the damage.

"Umm...you help yourself with your friends, see you there..." Vivian smiled innocently before skipping her way to the young master's office but stopped in her tracks midway.

She was happy that finally, she stood up for herself but...something felt off to her. She took a look at her hands and examined it, it was normal, so why and how...

"What was that feeling back there..."

When Vivian entered Gavin's office, there was a chilly vibe going on with the atmosphere, giving her chills down her spine. He was sitting at his desk, looking at papers, not caring about whether if she was in his office or not.

She took a look around the office of his, it wasn't too grand but seemed cozy still. She walked to his bookshelves and took a look at the variety of books that were stored there, until one caught her eyes...

She took the book out from the selection of books and it was a book about vampires and the legendary queen of the highest rank. 𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝒅𝒐𝒆𝒔 𝒉𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒐𝒇 𝒃𝒐𝒐𝒌?

She took interest to the book she held in her hands and started to read it. 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒍𝒆𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒏𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒔𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏, 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒅 𝒘𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈...

"What are you doing with my books?" She flinched at the sudden voice echoed in the silent room, making her turn to face Gavin.

He wasn't even looking at her and yet he knows that she was looking through his books. She only just read part of the sentence, there was more she could have read...

"I was getting bored and wanted to take a look?" Gavin used his magic, closing the book and placed it back in place, in the bookshelf. Vivian stared at him and sighed, walking over to his desk and took a look at the papers.

"Is that your work-"

"Where are the other three?"

"Probably still-" she got cut off again in the mids of her sentence, turning her head towards the door, revealing the three from earlier. 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒚 𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒐𝒐𝒌 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆...𝒘𝒆𝒍𝒍 𝒊 𝒄𝒂𝒏'𝒕 𝒃𝒍𝒂𝒎𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒊?

Vivian and the three stood in front of Gavin's desk and she gave them a look but they looked away immediately, she could sense that they had a hint of fear in them.

"Talk..."

"Are you talking to me...?" She asked as he stared at her and stayed silent. After a moment of silence, she got it that he was talking to her.

"So um...they started bullying me first, so all I did was use a little magic..." She briefly explained the situation that happened back there while gazing at the three.

"It was just for self defense and it's not my fault...right?"

"Y-yes..." The three agreed while stuttering, they seemed like as if they were little kids that got punished...Gavin was silent and stared at them with his cold icy stare.

"There's no next time, understand?!" Gavin roared, making the four stare at him with fear. His eyes were in a nice shade of yellow along with his shiny blonde hair...

"Out!" The three scrambled out the office and left Vivian, who was still standing there staring at him. 𝑨𝒎 𝒊 𝒔𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒐? Gavin was about to seat back down on his chair but she grabbed him before he could do so.

"Don't touch me!"

"Oh sorry..." Vivian apologised, letting go of his wrist and stared at him. He sat down back on his chair and started writing on his papers.

She took a chair and sat in front of his desk, staring at the papers that were neatly placed at the corner of the table.

"What are you looking at~?" She asked, trying to peek at the paper that he had on his hand but he shifted away from her. She stared at him with her poker face and leaned back on the chair.

"What are you still doing here for? If there's nothing else then get out."

"Aww second young master, don't be like this. There won't be girls liking you if your like this you know~" Gavin remained silent and the silence made Vivian remember why she was finding him in first place.

"Ah right! I want to talk about the change of dorm-mates!"

"No shouting..."

"Hah?! Okay fine but why do we need to change dorm-mates?" Vivian lowered her voice, asking in a polite way as she could. She didn't want to change a room mate, she wanted to be with Jennie...

"Write 50 lines for me as your punishment..." Gavin put down the papers on the table and stared at her. Her eyes widened in shock, 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒅𝒐𝒆𝒔 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒘𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒐 𝒎𝒚 𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏!

She found it absurd that she came here to ask a question and now she is suddenly getting a punishment instead.

"What am I getting punished for?!"

"Extra 50..."

"What..." Vivian stood up from her seat with her hands on his table, extended out. Gavin snapped his hand and a table appeared beside his, 𝒐𝒉 𝒔𝒐 𝒉𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒖𝒔 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒊𝒕... Seconds later, she was teleported to the seat and forced to seat down...

"Guess I'm not gonna get a answer out of him today..."
