Chapter –1 [gaffe]

'Are soulmates made in Heaven?'

Wilmington University.One of The top universities in Calsodonia.In Wilmington, only the best candidate can get a chance to get admission otherwise if you have a rich family you can get an opportunity to be here. Even if the university has rich kids doesn't mean they don't follow rules and regulations, they do follow them because if they don't there will be punishment, and the punishment can be worse. 

The university belongs to the Wang kin Family. Wang kin not only owns the University but the real States companies too. One more thing is the Heirs of the Wang kin family also study in Wilmington everyone knows her as 'The Queen Bee ' and some of her followers name her 'The Cold Bitch'. She doesn't mind it however, she loves it.

Usually, the hallways are always full of students but thankfully today there was no one except those who were waiting for their classes. 

Chao Seyong fixes her glasses and makes her way toward her best friend's class. it will be her last year at university after begging her father for giving her just 3 years she promised herself. she will make it to be the best in every rank, and she did her best well except in the dancing class. She doesn't like social encounters with people, that's why she just has had one best friend since high school. 

Thankfully because of her best rank in Wilmington. The Wang kin Family gives her a full scholarship so she doesn't need to plead with her father to pay the expenses. It's not like Chao Seyong is poor. Her father does have money after all her father is an advocate but the relationship between the two is kind of complicated.

Her father gives her 3 years only because it will give him time to find a man who can put a lash on his daughter, and his daughter won't think anything about fulfilling her dreams. In Chao Seyong's phrases, 'I have the most Ancient Minded Father'. 

"Hey,! Seyong-ssi !" Seyong turned around and found her best friend Hwang Lucy who was running toward her. Lucy stops in front of her and breathes heavily. 

"You okay Lucy-ya?" Seyong asked.

Lucy takes a deep breath "You won't believe what drama is happening at the Dance class right now! you have to come!" She graves Seyong's hands before poor Seyong could even protest. She finds herself following whatever Lucy is taking her. 

"Look Lucy-ya I don't want to go. Come on !" She whines but her best friend dragged her and stopped.

Lucy turned around "Oh come on you would love to cause afterall your crush is there " She leaned a little closer "The Cold Bitch is there Seyong-ssi". Seyong felt her heartbeat increase just the mention of the Queen Bee can make her knees weak.

Seyong has a secret, 

A secret that only her best friend knows. 

She has a crush on the Queen bee but she is not the only one in the line, other people in the university also have a Crush on her. and the Queen Bee likes it. She likes how people drool over her, they can just admire her, and watch her, but they can't have her.

Because the saddest thing for them including her is the Queen bee is already taken. Blessed her boyfriend Lee Jea Youn the son of the Lee family who owns food restaurants in famous cities. 

After getting down the corridor they came across the dance class. Chao Seyong can feel her heartbeat increase. Her best friend pushes the door and both get inside.

There were few students around the pair. Seyong couldn't see the Queen Bee so she took her out of her friend's hand and took a few steps closer pushing lightly the other students. She stood beside them as her best friend followed her. 

"You think you can replace me with some girl? Huh!" The harsh raspy voice cut through the air like a knife. Seyong gazed at the voice and the voice was none other than the Queen bee. Who was flaming in rage? Even if the Queen bee is angry, Seyong can't help but idolize her beauty. How can someone be so glamorous in anger?

"Ari, stop behaving like a kid." Jea Youn softly said.

Ariana Jane Wang Kin also known as Queen Bee or The Cold Bitch frowns "Oh really, tell me you're just using this girl to make me jealous. Because, Hell I'm and I will kick this bitch out of here!". She is desperate.

'Desperate 'cause she knows this will happen one day. But still, she hoped her boyfriend would understand her, and choose her. But he didn't, he just left her because he found someone better. 

Someone who will not make him feel like a puppet controlled by her. Maybe the Queen bee is a little controllable and possessive which makes her boyfriend feel like being latched. 

" You know what, do whatever you want 'cause I'm not seeing you again' ' Jea Youn walks toward the door passing the other students. 

Indeed, a drama but it's not new to everyone. Everyone knows how Ariana still loves him and tries to get him back otherwise she just hates the thought of how easily Jea Youn replaced her with someone else. 

Ariana thinks no one can beat Jea Youn for being the perfect boyfriend for the perfect girl. The perfect girl is her because why not? She is beautiful, intelligent, stylish, hot, and elegant. She prevails as the Heir of the Wang Kin Family. It is disappointing that she gets replaced by a new girl. A girl that Ariana didn't even see or meet because she's a new admission.

Everyone guesses the Queen bee is obsessed with her boyfriend that's why she's treating him like this. But she's not, she's angry, hurt? maybe. 

A few students start muttering and begin to leave the dance class. Soon the class falls empty with only Ariana's group of friends, a few dance students, and Seyong with  Lucy. 

Seyong taps at her best friend's hand "I think we should go too, I need to go home fast". Yes, she needs to, her father is possibly waiting for her.  

Lucy holds Seyong's hands."Sure, Let's go, the show is over" 

The two friends turn around,  unknown of the fact that they already have caught the Queen Bee's attention, who heard Lucy's remark. The pair were about to take one step toward the door but "HEY! You Two!".

A shiver runs through Seyong's body, and her legs feel jelly. She knows the owner of the voice, the harsh raspy tone, is none other than The Queen Bee herself. 'What a Fateful day I have today '. Seyong muttered under her breath.

They both turn around and face the Queen Bee who stood in front of them twitching her eyebrows, examining them from head to toe. But her eyes were fixed on Seyong's arm, which was gripped by Seyong's best friend.'A couple I See?' 

Seyong doesn't know but she felt the burning gaze of the Queen Bee. She anxiously takes her hand out of her best friend's grip, who was as confused as hell. It's not like they were the only ones who were leaving then why did The Cold Bitch stop them only?

The Queen Bee smirked at how The younger girl was trembling but the other one was firing daggers. Which didn't stop The Queen Bee from staring at Seyong. It was fascinating for Ariana to see how Seyong bowed her head down. 'Am I that horrible so she can't even look at me ?' 

Nevertheless, Seyong wasn't trembling because of fear. She was trembling because Queen Bee noticed her for the first time in her two years at the University. 

" Where do you think you're Going?" Ariana demanded. 

"W-...we w-were j-just going h--home." Seyong mummers still staring at the Queen Bee heels.    

Ariana didn't think about getting an answer from the younger one. She scowls  "And why is that? Didn't enjoy the show?" 

Seyong's best friend who was watching all this knew the Queen Bee was doing this to humiliate Seyong in front of her friends. She scoffs "Because the Show is over". 

Everyone, even Seyong, looks at her best friend who fired back at the Queen Bee. It's rare for someone to stand up in front of the Queen Bee.

"Show? You think this was all a show!" Ariana snapped. She was angry because of Jea Youn and now this random girl is making her furious.

"It was, with you and your ex,'' Lucy said. Everyone watches her worriedly. 

" YOU! How dare you speak to me like this!"  

Lucy sneered  "Why? I have my mouth, I can say anything I want. Do my words hurt your cold bitch attitude"  

  Ariana was fierce and Seyong just watched them like everyone else. The conversation is acquiring disasters now. Seyong could go in the middle between them before they start pulling each other's hair. But she didn't, she was shamelessly admiring Ariana's Beauty, gawking at Ariana's every motion. 

The way her lips curve to let out the nasty cuss words that make the words sound so sensual. Seyong wonders how it sounds from the elder while she moans.

After a bit of gawking at the Queen Bee's curves and studying her features. Seyong gazed at the Queen Bee's delicate lips. The lips that she always fantasizes about savoring. oh, Seyong may the good God forgive you for your sins about thinking something so perverted about the goddess. Seyong's desires are burning inside her emotions.

The teachers have no way to be found in this kind of disaster.  The conversation between The Hwang and The wang Kin is getting way too intense and heated. 

" Oh really! And who are you, can't you understand verbal words, are you that stupid? You Ass!".

Well, that was kinda harsh coming from Lucy making Ariana ready to slap her. Yet her eyes went wide when she felt a strong grip on her hand making her spin to face the younger. And soon everyone's jaws dropped from what they witnessed, where the sight of the nerd Seyong kissing the Queen Bee. 

Seyong doesn't even know what kicked her, how she just dashed off to Kiss The Queen Bee. The only thing she wanted is to stop Ariana from slapping her best friend. However, this is not how things should have been done. Maybe she just hauls her thoughts. Stupid hormones. Whatever the reason, she made a mistake. 

Worst Mistake

A mistake that will have dangerous outcomes. But Seyong can think about them later for now she just can't believe it. Her dream, her fantasy is coming true, it's happening. She is kissing the Queen Bee. Her lips were way softer, softer than anything. way better than her fantasies. 

The Queen Bee put her hand on Someone's shoulder to push her way, but her stamina dried off. She closed her eyes and for more misfortune, she kissed her back, biting her bottom lip Hard. shocking Seyong. 

The Kiss didn't last long as Seyong pulled away from the sudden realization of her Crush kissing.  She didn't even notice her bottom lip was bleeding because of the hard kiss she received from the only Queen Bee. 

Seyong crouched her head, she didn't look up to meet the almond eyes. "I-..it w-was m..-mistake f-..forgive m-me." She ran outside the dance class leaving the Queen Bee. 

Lucy doesn't know if she should be proud or worried about her best friend's daring act, she just followed her outside.  

Ariana was still dazed, tracing her long thick fingers, touching her lips 'What the hell was that '.she glanced at her surroundings and her friends who were still in shock. Thank God Jea Youn didn't see this. 

Ariana sighs her eyes staring at the place where Seyong was standing a few seconds ago. hastily, something caught her attention. She picks up the small card, with Chao Seyong's name written on it. It was Seyong's library card. 

'Chao Seyong...' 

Ariana bites her lips gently 'Chao Seyong, you're in so much trouble.'
