"The Vampires are an ancient race with an untold and enigmatic truth behind them. Some hunt and mingle with humans, to feast upon the blood of living beings as a way to nurture their existence and survival."

"I see, can Lady Shiro eat human food then?"

The slouching Vampire replied, "Of course we could, but it won't be as fulfilling and satiating as consuming the nectar of the life's veins. Although, it does not only include humans, but the blood from lesser intelligent creatures is akin to an unhealthy and cheap fast food, so it is not really healthy to feed on them all the time."

As Impertus' gaze was fixated upon the little critter, the prey felt intimidated and her spine had been sending the shiver back and forth.
