Chapter 5

We are already at Declan's house, and it seems that we are the first. Instead of knocking on the door we go through the patio and get to the pool, and opposite we see Declan preparing things for the party.

- Hello, you are already here - he greets us with a smile on his lips.

Declan makes us come inside the house to help him take things out to the patio, it took about half an hour to place all the alcohol, the rest of the drinks and snacks on the patio table. Declan's house is quite big inside, although it looks small on the outside.

It's almost 8 o'clock in the afternoon and the party is starting, I see how people are arriving little by little.

I ask Declan about how he met Jackson and if he is a good boy, Declan explains to me that he met him four years ago at a party at an examigo's house, since the boy moved to another city, Declan had gone to the party because everyone was going to go, he lied to his parents, and he left without permission. Declan was at the party and almost drunk when he collided with Jackson who was older than him, Jackson helped Declan recover he took him home and took care of him, because Jackson already knew what would happen if he took him to his parents. When Declan was already better Jackson told him that for whatever he needed to call him, later Jackson and Declan coincided in the same Institute, and there they became friends.

When I finish telling the story I see that Jackson has already arrived, I tell Declan that Jackson is already here and he smiles at me as if telling me to go where he is.

"Hi Jackson," I say shyly when I'm around him.

"Hi, it's good that you're here," Jackson replies to me.

Jackson and I start talking about what we like and our hobbies.

It has been almost an hour since I started talking to Jackson and I have learned very curious things such as that he has a younger sister than him and that he loves animals.

- Do you want something to drink - he tells me with a wide smile when he has just told his story.

"Yes, a beer wouldn't be bad, thank you," I say before he leaves for the kitchen to get the drinks.

I see how Jenny approaches with her beer in her hand although she is a little drunk but at least she is not like some of the guests.

"Hi Jenny, how are you doing at the party?" I ask her as she staggers off to the seat she has left empty, five minutes ago, Jackson.

"I'm fine," she tells me while smiling like a fool because of the alcohol she has consumed.

- How about you with Jackson?, I've seen you all the time together-she tells me trying to look sober, which she doesn't get.

As soon as I hear his question I turn red as a tomato and I start telling him everything that has happened so far and suddenly I see Jackson approaching with a beer in each hand.

-Sorry for the delay is that there were a lot of people at the table getting drinks - he explains to me. I look at the clock and it had already been twenty minutes since he went to get the drinks, I did not realize that it had already been so long.

Jenny tells me on the low that she leaves me alone with Jackson so that we can get intimate in that I put on a pissed-off face that she doesn't swallow and she answers me with another face the same.

Jackson hands me the beer and we start talking again.

It's been almost another hour and Jackson has told me everything that has happened to him during the last course, I have also told him about the move.

Jackson and I decided to go for a walk and he asks me if I know San Francisco, I answer no. Jackson starts to think and stays if for a while while I look at him, I notice that he has brown eyes that catch my attention. When he has just thought he realizes that I am looking at him and when I realize that he saw me he turned me the other way trying not to see me that I am red with shame, since I have realized that he is very cute.

Nothing more than he turned me around, he takes me by the arm and takes me to a room where there are no people.

The room is Declan's I noticed because he has a lot of football posters stuck on the walls. At that same moment he takes Jackson and comes up to me, he takes me by the hand and looks at my face as if asking permission to do something, at first I don't know what he means, but then I realize that what he wants is to kiss me.
