' wait ciel wouldn't that be overkill Tsukuyomi is  powerful enough to  mentally cripple someone and with vali's personality he would fight even in the genjutsu . The more someone resists it more the powerful will the backlash it will inflict on them '

Yes I created this technique as a way to punish Ecluid since he prided himself of being able to defend any mental attack with his magic so this is the perfect counter for him since unlike in Narutoverse beings don't use the way of disrupting your mana flow or chakra . So it is a very good technique in my arsenal.  But unlike Itachi's Tsukuyomi I modified mine so that the more chaotic ones mana flow is the more draining it is to free from the genjutsu. And usually people don't bother to keep their mana flow in check when fighting which further makes my Tsukuyomi deadly for such hot headed people.

I also found out that while it is unable to die you can be mentally crippled if you exhausted your spiritual power to the limit.

{ As we predicted the number of rouge magicians who are defecting has increased. There is also a movement in Gregory. The number of the stray fallen has also increased . Azazel also seemed to be hold up in his office in his office for few days trying to clean up the traitors. As for the other pantheons Asgard has been lately having conflict with the ice Giants more than frequently. It is highly likely that loki is manipulating them . While the other factions are relatively calm indra has been missing lately. He seemed to hold up in his palace and haven't left for the war with shiva . Also vampires from the teps faction seemed to have stop their search for the valentine duo. }  

' well I kind of expected the mess in Gregory since it is plainly aware that kokobiel is revolting and loki might be  troublesome since the peace is not something he want and as for the vampires they finally stopped their pointless search huh I was hoping to blow a few of their secret labs to divert their attention if nessacery. The next day issei can be seen heading towards the ORC building with a resolute expression he like usual entered the building and went straight to the office. Inside there was a  petie white haired girl who was munching on some snacks like usual was sitting in the sofa.

Seeing her issei thought ' well here goes nothing'

Issei and koneko can be seen running towards the market place. Why the market place you ask, well it is because of the map that he is carrying. This map was given to issei by Shaltier ( Roxanne in disguise) . At first issei wad skeptical about this map he thought ' why the hell would those two go to the market place where there is no supernatural' but he was speechless when he went near the center of the market place.

There he found Irina and  Xenovia in their nun clothes shouting things like ' may you bless this lamp ' or ' may you have some  kindness ' .

As he was about to talk to them a piece of paper suddenly fell from the map in his hands. As he was curious he read it to only be dumfounded.

Koneko seeing issei's face took a peek at it and she was confused . So she turned to him and asked " where did this letter come from and why does it say ' you should order a another serving ' "

Issei first calm down and then answered" well first this is a letter from my informant who is also the one who gave me this map. As for your second question well I was about to invite those two to a restaurant to start our negotiations . "

At first koneko didn't see anything wrong with that but after a while her eyes widened. And she muttered " she predicted your movements when she gave you that map "

Issei nodded grimly and but draig suddenly said " although you two have have been playing in her tune she didn't have any bad intentions when she gave you that map issei . So you should forget about this piece of paper and continue what you were doing "

Issei and koneko just nodded and went to meet the church duo. The first notice them was Irina. She then asked in a cheerful voice

" issei kun did you come here to get a blessing from god and get your sins purify. I knew you would understand god's teaching after a while. Come I will do your purification personally. "

While Irina blabbering about God that or God this . The devils were in a sate of crying. Why you ask . Well it's obviously because Irina always add god to every sentence she speaks . While kenoko is relatively fine due to her experience as a devil is higher but issei as a newly reincarnated devil is on the verge of fainting due to huge backlash he is receiving non stop.  Fortunately he was saved .

" ok Irina that's enough or you might actually purify him with your words alone. So what does the devils wants with us "
