The big day had finally come.

Wang Zheng couldn't sleep from anxiety, she tossed about in bed going from side to side expecting to close her eyes and when she opened them it was time to leave.

It was exhausting to watch the night slowly go by.

The sleepless night resulted in a sleepy and exhausted queen, she even asked Huan Yang to reschedule all her appointments for the day with the exception of her meeting with Liu Wei, if she didn't rest she would have bigger problems in the future and she really feared that the young princess was scared by her tired appearance.

The queen wanted to show a beautiful version of herself.

The queen always thought it was exaggerated how people in love acted in dramas that were on TV… But love actually made people a little more foolish than usual… That was a little scary.

While the queen surrendered to fatigue and slept peacefully, Liu Wei was with the cooks preparing the last details for her picnic and also taking the opportunity to help them make the queen's lunch.

The house would be safe to use for their date, they would have beautiful lights illuminating them, the food was delicious and the table was on its way and in a few hours it would be set and ready to use.

Mrs Chun watched the young omega stare at the freshly baked bread fixedly. She was distracted and trapped in an ocean of thoughts.

The queen did not listen to her secretary and jumped out of her bed. She ran to the bathroom and started taking a shower.

Huan Yang felt funny, the queen really seemed to be in love.

It was after 2 pm and they had arranged that Liu Wei would be at 3 pm waiting for the queen in front of the palace.

Liu Wei looked at the huge amount of clothes she had brought and seriously thought about what she should wear. After a few minutes she decided to wear black pants and a white blouse, simple and perfect. She took a deep breath relieving all the tension she felt in her chest, lightly touched her bangs and gave a little touch of lipstick to her lips. She was ready.

The young omega left her room and in hurried steps she reached the entrance of the palace and found two cars stopped.

Shi Lian appeared out of one of the cars and walked towards the young princess.

"Miss Liu, the car you requested…"

Liu Wei took the car keys and smiled happily, it was a beautiful 4x4 car. She liked it a lot.

"I talked to some guards and to make you more comfortable with the queen we will stay a few meters away from you, but if anything suspicious comes up, be sure to communicate us."

"Thank you very much."

"Let's go out and wait outside the palace territory, have a nice date Miss Liu Wei."

"Thank you for the hard work Shi Lian."

The young princess smiled excitedly, she seemed to have met many good people willing to help her. She felt happy. She watched the car behind her start and quickly pull away from her.

Liu Wei leaned against the side of the car and stared at the palace entrance. She felt restless. The queen could appear at any moment and her heart was beating so fast.

The queen felt enchanted by the image she saw. The young princess was leaning against the car in a relaxed and calm manner, she looked so beautiful and elegant, her casual clothes fit her perfectly and her slim body was gently marked by the fabric. Liu Wei's curves were so attractive.

Liu Wei calmly went to the trunk and started to organize what she would take.

The old house had a large structure of stones and gravel. It hadn't changed that much since the last time the queen saw her.

The queen approached the wooden door that led to a small service area and touched it gently, there were several scratches with numbers on the side.

"This is where my mom measured how big I was, she did it every month after lunch…"

The princess approached and saw that the numbers were dates, she smiled in her heart… What would the queen be like when she was a little child?!

"You grew up fast."

The queen laughed confidently. "Mom said the secret was the yeast she put on my birthday cake, so I needed to eat a lot to grow healthy..."

The princess felt funny. "But why yeast in the cake?"

The queen looked thoughtful briefly and smiled. "She probably said that because no one came to celebrate my birthday, not even my dad."

The princess leaned the queen against the door and let her stand. She touched the top of the queen's head and subtly brushed the pen in place. "Alright, you can leave."

Wang Zheng pulled back a little and finally understood what she was doing. She felt emotional.

She watched Liu Wei finish writing on the wood and finally hugged her. "Someday your kids will look up and see how much you've grown..."

The queen could see the little worn scratches now accompanied by a new scratch. She smiled satisfied.

"Do you think my children must take a long time to catch up with me?"

"I don't know… You need to give them a lot of cake, right?!"
