I heaved a deep sigh. I looked at him annoyingly as I crossed my arms on my chest. After Princess Liviana left us without saying a word, Prince Connor just stared at me. He's looking at me intensely as if he's studying my face. His brows knitted together. "Is there something you need, your highness?" I asked politely with a touch of thick sarcasm.

"Yes, answer my question honestly." I looked at him with wide eyes.

"Why would I?" I answered back as I rolled my eyes. I never wanted to be alone with this annoying prince. So, I decided to walk away from him. Before I could reach the door, he suddenly grabbed my arm and pulled me closer to him. I felt a tingling sensation when I felt his hand on me. Shit! It is not good. I tried to struggle from his grip, but he did not even budge. I felt his grip on me tightened. He looked furious, and I saw how his brown eyes darkened.
