When I finally came back to consciousness I know that I have not yet opened my eyes because it pained to do so. There was a massive hey coming my way as I felt it building. The nearing pain in my shoulder did not help me either. I had no desire to get up. 

Nevertheless I tried slightly to open my eyes and see the world. Opening them with all the strength that I could muster, they repeatedly closed themselves to try to get a figure of someone.
