The Prince of Basketball

Leon Arcana, a talented basketball player in the Philippines, is known for his playing style inspired by NBA legends Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant. However, despite his skills, he struggles to gain recognition outside of his home country due to the lack of talent and support from his teammates. Leon's life takes an unexpected turn when his father, Leonardo, who is working in Japan and has a new family there, decides to bring him to Tokyo and enroll him in Eiko High School. Leon is torn between staying with his mother, Consuelo, and stepbrother, Charles, with whom he has a strained relationship due to a past incident. Consuelo encourages Leon to be with his father as it was agreed upon in their divorce papers. Despite his initial reluctance, Leon decides to go to Japan and live with his father, stepmother Miko, and twin half-brothers, Youta and Yuuto. As Leon adjusts to his new life in Japan, he faces challenges in building a relationship with his father's new family. Miko and the twins are initially wary of Leon, but he is determined to overcome the barriers and win their acceptance. Along the way, Leon also reunites with his former teammate and longtime friend, Jio Sakazuki, who surprises him by revealing that he is half-Japanese. As Leon settles into his new school, he begins to showcase his exceptional basketball skills on the court, earning him the nickname "Prince of Basketball." With Jio by his side, Leon strives to make a name for himself in Japan's basketball scene, overcoming cultural differences, language barriers, and personal struggles along the way. Through hard work, determination, and the support of his new family and friends, Leon embarks on a journey to fulfill his basketball dreams and leave a lasting legacy in Japan's basketball world.
