By the time Bella finished telling Ian everything he had needed to know about her knowledge of the future, the sun was already disappearing from the surface of the sky.

Ian sighed as he tried to process all he had just heard after she finished. It wasn't every day that a man encountered someone claiming to be from the future after all.

"You mean you were on your way to finding the person who fortified the rings before you got on my horse?" Ian asked after he had been silent for some time.

"Yes. I don't suppose you know who the person is?" Bella asked hopefully.
