Year One of Battle for Humanity

In the Heavenly Realm-

There was a very big mountain near the Heaven City. On very top of the mountain, there was a small but beautiful wooden house. Two people were talking just outside the house, one wearing a beautiful armor while the other wearing plain simple clothes.

One of them was the saviour of humanity, the Entity Killer.

The other one was a man who seemed to be in his thirties. He was Arthur.

"Lord Evan, what was the matter you wanted to talk about?" Arthur asked the other person.

"I have something important to tell you Arthur. Sit down." He stopped for some seconds and continued "During the fight with the cosmic entities I received many serious injuries and I can live for only one or two weeks at most."

Arthur wanted to say something but the Evan waved his hand to stop him and continued "But this is not matter that I called you for. Arthur, answer me seriously, what do you think about Unolia and humanity."

Arthur suddenly felt a little uneasy and upon seeing look in Evan's eyes he knew that he was very serious. Arthur said with a smile.

"Lord Evan, even though I don't know why you are suddenly talking about this, I will say everything truthfully." Arthur said with a small while the uneasiness in heart increased.

"Unolia is my home. If anything or anyone tries to harm it I will do everthing in my ability to protect it even if I have to die for it. I think it is duty of every being born on this planet. To fight its enemies even if the cost is their lives."

"As for humanity, as a human it's my responsiblity to protect humans from their enemies. Even though we humans are the cause of many problems, I think we can still stop them if we work together and can learn from them to create a better future."

'That was a close one.' Even though Arthur tried very hard to not say that how much he despise humans, he still said something he shouldn't.

"Hmm, good answers, I like them." Evan said with a smile.

'Of course, you will like them. They are mostly lies. Nobody likes bitter truth. Morever, you are someone who protects humanity and can die for it. I am pretty sure that I will be killed if I reveal my true thoughts. I don't want a funeral for now.' Arthur thought.

In the next second the smile on Evan's mouth disappeared. He roared loudly.

"But they are all bloody LIES! Do you take me as a fool. Don't think that I don't know you are transmigrated in this world. You are not a bring born on this world. About you dying for humanity, hah, this is biggest joke I have ever heard."

Panic flashed in Arthur's eyes but he still tried to show a calm expression. But he couldn't and instead looked hilarious right now. Come on, Arthur has seen this man kill cosmic entities and rip apart their bodies. Ofcourse he would pressure where he was roaring him now. Not to mention the aura that was pressing Arthur.

"But don't worry, I won't kill you. Since you have transmigrated, it must have a reason behind. But I will place a lock on you. You won't be able to kill a human being unless they attack you unreasonably. With this you won't be able to take any drastic measures against humanity."

"There is one last thing I want to tell you. I remember that you had parents in this world and you haven't seen them since the time when cosmic entities came."

Arthur's eyes shined as he heard what Evan said. The person he was transmigrated into when he first came to Unolia was a young master of a family. He was of 18 years old. When he came to know that this world is same as that of his previous one he became extremely depressed. So he continued living the same way he did in his previous life. He stayed in his room mostly and passed his time through manga, novel, anime. Even though he didn't want to have much connection with the previous owner's parents, he still failed.

There behaviour was a lot similar to his previous parents. They were good parents even though he sometimes got yelled by them. He loved them. But when the cosmic entities came, he was in another city. He became horrified upon hearing when the cosmic entities said they will kill every human. He immediately rushed for his parents. But when he reached home nobody was there. Even though he continued searching till now, he still wasen't able to find them. He waited for what Evan wanted to say.

Lord Evan looked satisfied seeing Arthur's reaction and said, "Yes, they are alive. You can again reunite with them but on one condition. That is you have to kill every enemy of humanity even if you die for it. Will you accept it?"

Suddenly Arthur found himself in endless darkness. He could neither see nor hear anything. There was only pure silence in the darkness. The strange thing was that, he had a feeling that he was neither in a dream nor in reality. This seemed to be a different space. He put all the things that appeared in his dream aside for now. They are things of the past now. My parents passed away. Lord Evan is also gone. I myself died in that life.

While looking at the darkness, Arthur suddenly remembered something from past- Hello darkness my old friend. He also picturized a small black bat. Even he himself don't know why he remembered this.

Arthur felt something. He turned around and saw the cube which had golden, black and white colours hovering in the air. Suddenly his surrondings changed. He appeared in a dungeon, the cube was nowhere to be seen. Suddenly he turned around and saw a boy whose eyes were filled with tears. The boy didn't seemed to notice him. When the boy passed by him, Arthur tried to hold him and found that his hands pass through the boy.

The boy was Arthur himself or to be exact, he is the previous owner of the body. Soon he heared a roar and a humanoid monster also passed by him chasing the boy while having a playful smile. Arthur himself didn't followed them. He tried to go to another route which the previous owner didn't go through. He saw black smoke coming out of that place. He thought and purple lighting appeared in his hands and striked towards the smoke but it bounced back. Arthur hurriedly dodged. He went to other places and same thing happened.

Arthur then went for the previous owner. Soon he found them. The two teachers were here too. There was also a white here which looked like a symbol. When Arthur looked at the eye it also looked back at him.
