Prelude

"Are you sure about this, your majesty?" The crown prince asked after the final decision has made. "My knights can still fight those monsters." He added.

"We have a hundred casualties already, your highness. We cannot let our knights fight those monsters alone anymore. They need some help." The Duke suggested.

"We need the priestess's holy magic." The viscount added. "The great mage can summon the priestess, am I right, Erskine?"

Erskine nodded. "Yes, your grace. I will do it with all the magic I have."

"I believe Erskine can do it. What's your worry, Prince Kalmin?" The king asked.

"I believe we can defeat the monsters and evils without the priestess's help. She's from the other world; do you think she will help us?" The prince asked.

"She will help us because it's her destiny. Our God has chosen someone from the other world to heal and save our kingdom. We should be grateful to whoever she might be. What do you think, Kalmin?" The king asked while smiling.

The prince sighed in defeat. "I understand, your majesty." He said.

Meanwhile, from the other world…

"Aphia Gray! Finish your food first!" Her mom shouted at the top of her lungs as she ran to work. She has woken up late for staying up until dawn watching tv series.

"I love you, mom! See you later!" She shouted back while her mouth was still full.
