It started off really good, was very interesting for a while and then started to drag on near the end. (I stopped after the main book ended.) It was so repetitive that I think about 80 chapters (at least) could have been cut off without impacting the story. Titles are descriptive enough to let you know which one you'd like to skip at least 😉 Still, a good story overall.

this is one of the best book I have read till now. This book has 3 stories viz. Yan Beicheng - Lin chu; Wei zilin- Xu Moyan; Yan huien- Yu zi. The development of the characters as well as story was very good and this book deserves 5 ⭐.

Okay , this books is one of my favorites. Not only is the author writing good but characters are quite likeable well except villains. The main couple are quite realistic and have a healthy relationship. Okay but my favorite character has to be Yan Zhiqing. Her character growth was remarkable and that she acknowledged her mistakes, instead of acting like nothing happened continued being happy with Yan family. Even though when she was against the main couple I still couldn't bring myself to dislike her. She never backstabbed anyone or used any underhanded methods. She told them that didn't like them being together. She never hides her emotions or dislikes.

This is one of the best books I have read on webnovel, it makes me want to read more of the authors books.The male lead is hilarious and pursed the female lead in a nice way compared to others where they force them into a relationship or rape them.
