Family Reunion pt. 2

.... Blade answers with, " He's making my babies uncomfortable." My Birth Father replies with, "Babies?". "Yes babies, my love and the four in his belly" Blades says. My Birth father and Mother are shocked, then my Birth Mother asks, "Sorry Darlin', but what planet are you from?". We tell her that we're from Earth and my Birth Mother starts crying while Father's jumping in the air with joy. Then they both pause for a moment in confusion admiring our similar features and traits. My Birth mother gets closer to me and caresses my face making me tear up. I haven't felt this kind of warmth in decades. All I can remember is being blamed, bullied, and beat by the people in my life. But now, I finally found love, I finally found a place where I belong. My Birth Mother gives me a hug, but not that tight because of my baby bump while Blade then receives a huge and tight hug from my Birth Father. A flood of emotions are running through me right now, and I can for sure say it's the same for Blade and my Parents. With tears in my eyes and a runny nose, I call out to my mother, "Mommy?" My Birth Mother replies with, "Yes my Darlin'?" Then a big smile plasters on our faces in great happiness. I then turn to my Birth Father and call him out, "Daddy?" My Birth Father replies with, "Yea Pumpkin?" He released Blade and welcomed me into a hug with open arms. Now this is what feeling safe is like with hugging a family member. What I didn't know was that this isn't the end. See, my life and love story has just began. Through hurdles and rivers for my happiness, I guess i'm gonna have to hold Blade's hand tight, and Walk through to the end of this path,.... Not Alone.
