21 He's your ... what?
(3rd Person POV)
After the Straw Hat Pirates finished the Davy Back Fight, they returned to Tonjit with the pirate flag. Gleefully, Tonjit walked to the door of his house, only to bump into the sleeping Aokiji. The reaction of Nico Robin when she saw the person standing in front of Tonjit's house ... was less than heartfelt. Someone had f*cked up badly.
"Robin, what's wrong? Do you know this guy?!!", Luffy asked Robin who had fallen on her behind when she saw Kuzan. She couldn't say anything, but not for the reason the others thought. She hadn't seen Kuzan in a long time and hadn't called him either, so it was clear that Kuzan's 'father' instincts had been tingling.
"We met once before.", he says, which makes the others even more tense.
"To terrify Robin to this extent ... who is he?"
"Arara ... chill~ chill~. Little boys and girls shouldn't be so aggressive. It's not like I was ordered to come here ... directly at least. I'm only here to look for someone ..."
"Ordered? Who do you work for?", Zoro asks Kuzan.
"The Marines ... He's a Supreme Admiral of the Marine Headquarters.", this time it was Robin who finally said something. She was perplexed when she had seen him, but managed to calm herself down somewhat. She didn't know how her father would react when he found out that she would join a pirate crew. It was different for her than it was for Law, Bepo and Baby. She was the lone survivor of Ohara and if she joined a pirate group, that might come to light sooner or later.
So Robin didn't know how her father would react to this news, which was the reason she didn't call him. And judging from his expression, which she had never seen on him, he wasn't happy right now.
"Sup ... Supreme Admirals ... as in ... the highest ranked fighters of the Marine?", Sanji stuttered. He had some experience with the Marines of course coming from the Vinsmoke family.
"In the entire Marine Navy, there are only three people with the title of 'Supreme Admiral'. 'Akainu' the red dog, 'Kizaru' the yellow monkey and 'Aokiji' the blue pheasant. The only one superior to them is Sengoku, the Commander in Chief. Those three men are crowned the title 'Ultimate Assault Force' by the World Government, but Aokiji ... is actually the strongest of them all!", Robin explained to them.
"What is someone like him doing here?", Usopp is screaming from behind Zoro, "... there are plenty of pirates worth more than 100 million. Go get them! Just leave us alone!"
"Ooh, what do we have here? Robin ... so you hang around with ladies that dress like this? What did I say the last time?!!", Kuzan says after he sees the way Nami is dressed.
"What the f*ck do you think you're doing!!?", Sanji screams.
"Pay attention to what I say damn it!!", Usopp complains.
"I told you to chill, kids ... so terribly noisy, goodness. You are the ones who should learn to listen. I told you I am only here for a walk. No need for so much hostility. Although now that I think about it ... what I'm trying to say is that you guys are ... I forgot oh well."
"You're not making any sense!"
"Are you sure you're not mistaken, Robin? There's no way that someone like him can be an Admiral of the Marines!!", Usopp says.
"Yare yare ... don't judge people by their ... what was it again? Clothes? No that can't be right ..."
"You're not making any sense again!!"
"Really? Seems clear to me. I'm only here to confirm the whereabouts of the Straw Hat Pirates after the Arabasta Incident. I thought I'd find you somewhere around here.", Kuzan says and scratches his head.
"You're really not here to pick a fight?", Sanji asks.
"He just doesn't look like a 'Supreme Admiral' to me."
"Pick fights? With you lot? Heh, no not with you. If anything ... it's with that girl. But I am only going to report the discovery of your group. So they can recalculate the bounty for your group ... one more person will increase it by ... 160 million plus another few million would be ... too hard to count. It's roughly the same, doesn't matter anyway."
"Too lazy to count?", Zoro asks.
"Gomu Gomu ...!!"
"WAIT, Luffy! Don't do it!"
"Let go of me!! Let me go!!", Luffy screams while Usopp and Sanji both hold him back.
"Don't start unnecessary fights!!", Sanji says.
"He's a 'Supreme' Admiral for heaven's sake!", Usopp adds.
"So what?! I still won't let him take Robin!!", Luffy argues. But ... he shouldn't have said that.
"You shouldn't have said that Luffy.", Robin says with a gulp. They are confused for a second and look at her.
"Why do you say that, Robin? Why shouldn't he have said that? Do you think the Admiral is now angry? Please, Mr. Admiral, we are sorry for what Luffy said. Don't take it to heart.", Nami says.
"I'm going to send you flying!! Go take your walk elsewhere!! You're not welcome here!!", Luffy continues to argue. But that was too much. The air suddenly changes and gets colder all of a sudden. The wind begins to pick up and the whole crew looks around confused.
The only one who knows what's coming ... is Robin. But she knows that there's nothing she can do about it now. Kuzan looks at Tonjit and then speaks to him in a very low voice. He takes a deep breath to calm himself down first.
"You."
"Hm?"
"Pack up and get a move on. I need to have a word with these kids."
"No. Don't listen to him!! He's from the Marines! The Marines!!", Luffy says.
...
"Why not?"
"Oh! That's right. You can listen to him."
"But the horse's leg is wounded right now and-", Usopp starts but stops when he sees Kuzan walking towards the shore. He stands there and closes his hand into a fist. Then, he opens his hand and from it, a tiny snowflake emerges and begins to fly in the air.
"Is that ... "
"Looks like ..."
"It's a snowflake.", Robin tells them as she knows what's going to happen any second now.
"A snowflake?"
"How did you know?"
The snowflake takes to the sky for a bit. In that moment though a Sea King rises from the water, right in front of Kuzan. Kuzan simply looks at the beast angrily. He is not in a good mood and we'll find out why in a second.

"AH! It's the Sea King that lurks around here!!", Tonjit says.
*ROAR*
"Get away from it!"
"Watch out!!"
The Sea King attacks, but in that moment the tiny snowflake makes contact with the water ...
*WHHHOOOOOOOOOOSSSHHHHHHH*
The sea, as far as the eye can see, has been frozen in an instant. The Sea King as well. Everything that was in the radius of about a hundred miles is now frozen and dead.

"The sea ... froze over!!"
"Elemental Class: The freezing power of the Hie Hie no Mi. This is the extent of the power of an Admiral of the Marine Headquarters... but it is but a fraction of his strength!!", Robin says to them.
Kuzan turns around and walks away.
"That should hold for a month minimum, so take your time. It's cold, so wear something more appropriate on the way. Now, leave. I have some business to deal with these kids here.", he says to Tonji and walks back.
"Is this a dream ...?", Tojit can't believe what he's seeing.
"The Sea became an ice land ... Sherry we can cross the sea now!! After 10 long years, we can finally reunite with our friends!! THANK YOU!! Thank you very much for this miracle!", Tonjit says to the retreating back of Kuzan.
After a while, Tonjit is ready to leave the island and says his final goodbyes.
"Alright ... we'll be going now.", Tojit says to the Straw Hat Pirates.
"Ok. Good luck, old guy and horse.", Luffy says not remembering their names.
"Don't forget to change bandages, Sherry.", Tony Chopper tells the horse.
*HIHI*
"I really can't thank you enough... If it wasn't for you, I would still be stuck up there. THANKS AGAIN!! I won't forget you guys!!", Tonjit says and then finally leaves the island. The Straw Hat Pirates walk back and see Kuzan standing there with his arms in his pants contemplating something.
"Even though your grandfather is one of my best friends ... I still ask myself ... whether all of you should ... just die here and now.", Kuzan says to them. This causes the group to tense. It even causes Robin to tense a bit, since she knows her father well. But she hasn't seen him this angry before.
"The government isn't taking you seriously, but ... after carefully analysing the situation, it has become obvious that you are a very determined group of individuals. Your group currently consists merely of a handful of rogues, at least that's what it might appear from the outside, yet ... judging by the trouble you've been causing ... there is little doubt that as time passes you will become an acute threat to the World Government.
In the time between the issuing of the first bounty on a member of your party ... to the present time ... your growth, so to say, has been quite extraordinary. And though you have so far limited yourself to fighting other pirates, I am concerned with what the future holds once you come to understand a few things and set your eyes on more ... pressing matters, like the World Government.", Kuzan analyses and the only one who understands what he is doing is Kuzan himself and maybe a bit Robin as well.
Robin has more knowledge of the World Government and how the world works than the others. So from his words, she can hear that he is not necessarily talking about their bad traits ... but what would happen, should they come to understand who the bigger fish are in the world and who is to blame for the state the world is in currently.
Kuzan is analysing their chances of success and whether or not he should kill all of them and take Robin back again, to keep her safe. He wasn't kidding when he asked himself if he should kill all of them here.

"Wh ... Why are you saying all this?! Aren't you only here for a walk ...?", Usopp asks sweating buckets.
"Your party is now especially dangerous ... because of you Nico Robin ... and you as well ... Monkey D. Luffy.", Kuzan says and this ... surprises Robin the most. She understands herself, but she doesn't understand Luffy.
"So you came to take Robin away after all!! I'm gonna send you flying!!", Luffy says.
...
"There it is again. That loud mouth that you Monkey Ds have. Although your father isn't the same. What was it you said? You would send me flying and that I was here to ... TAKE Robin? ... What nonsense ... when it is clear ... that it was YOU who stole Robin!!", Kuzan says and from his hand, an ice sword begins to form.
The air completely changes this time. Gone is the jolly good time they had and now it looks like there is going to be a storm ... a shitstorm.
Kuzan isn't using any Haki at the moment, but his years of fighting and growing powerful have given him the air of a dangerous beast. His devil fruit of Ice, give him the air of death ... the silent and slow kind. All of the Straw Hat pirates are affected by this momentum and pressure.
"Let me see ... your determination.", Kuzan says and swings at Robin. Now it might be weird for Kuzan to attack his own daughter, but this is not for Robin's determination ... it is for the others.
*Clang*
"A katana intercepts Kuzan's sword. Zoro has appeared. Kuzan is not impressed and begins to press harder. But then ...
"SHOOOT!!!", Sanji appears and kicks Kuzan's ice sword away. He then descends from the air to kick Kuzan again.
"Gomu Gomu no ... "
Kuzan catches the leg and also Zoro's arm.
"... Bullet!!", Luffy attacks and his punch hits Kuzan in the stomach.
*...Bum???*
