CHAPTER ONE-RUNNING

Run'

This was the only thought in Larry's mind as he was being chased by a giant lizard.

It had a mouth filled with saliva and was very fast, and with each second it was getting closer, with its mouth starting to light up with electricity.

It would be best to start from the top.

This is a world where there are monsters, the monsters have a rankings by tier and in order to beat these monsters humans have systems that make them far stronger and give them extraordinary powers.

The moment you got a system you would be sent to a training school.

Larry was one of such people, and when he got his system he came to this school.

Currently he was undergoing a test to divide his school rank and it wasn't going well.

The reason it wasn't going well was that his system was unaccessible.

The monster he was currently facing was a tier 5 monster and it had cornered him.

He had already dealt with a tier 7 and a tier 6 monster.

The monster which had him cornered then shot a stream of lightning with a small amount hitting him.

He immediately started running.

'Good thing the only person to see this train wreck is the examiner' he thought.

As though hearing his thoughts the examiner then came from nowhere and punched the lizard killing it.

After that a flash of light and Larry found himself in a room with a book in his hand.

It read:

NAME: LARRY DRAKE

POWER RATING: 27.78

SPECIAL POWER RATING: 0

The problem was that his system when opened showed the same thing.

[Stats]

[ Str: 20

Agi: 20

Stm: 20

Atk: 6

Def: 6]

But then something he hadn't seen before popped up.

[ System has come in contact with a secondary element.]

[ System shall be fully unlocked by 12:00 am tomorrow]

And with that Larry had something to look forward to besides classes tomorrow.
