The Arrest

(Jason's POV) 

Getting arrested in the middle of an argument with your wife had to be the ultimate winning point. Imagine if every husband that was arguing with his wife just gets arrested? She automatically wins. 

And boy did she win. Amaria managed to get me into a situation that I absolutely did not see coming, and not only did she knock me over, she made sure Delilah went down too. I had to hand it to her, she was cunning. Truth was, I had no idea how I was feeling. 

Who knew that the last time I would get to sleep in my double king sized bed would be the night before the fateful party? I wanted to stay home, but Delilah convinced me that going would be good press and that we would get more business partners that way. Where she got that idea, I had no clue, but once again, I let her rope me into something and it was only for my downfall.
