Chapter 32 : Daughters of Poseidon

Mawson was still in shock as to why the inside of the palace didn't have any trace of water even though the outside was completely submerged in it that he hadn't even notice someone entering.

"You said you were lost right?" a lady asked as she entered

"yes I did " Mawson replied looking at the lady suprised at what he saw. She was a very beautiful lady as her bright wine hair flowed down her beautiful green eyes shone bright as she approached him she wore blue and green gown which had an opening in the leg region her golden necklace was beautiful and massive but among all this what caught Mawson most was her legs when he entered Atlantis he noticed that they had massive fish tails which came in different colors so he had taken that as their form but now he was seeing an Atlantian with legs this made him confused as to what really was their true form.

Noticing Mawson staring at her legs she smiled

"what is wrong?" she asked

"well I thought you guys had tails not legs "he replied

"we can shift when we want to go in the water" she said "now I am Clio the seventh daughter of Poseidon and you are?" she said

"Mawson now I was wondering something Poseidon has seven daughters woow " he said looking at her

"no my father has eleven children two sons and nine daughters" she said

"nine daughters and two sons how is that even possible so all of you are gods" he said

"well not all my first brother is a demigod and the other is a pegasus and I have four sisters who are gods while three are demigods and I am a Muse while my last sister is a forbidden child" she said

"okay so what exactly does a Muse do?" he asked as he raised his right leg and placed it on the left

"well we inspire people and we basically have vast knowledge of things "she replied

"inspire how ?" Mawson asked as he took interest in the lady

"we help give ideas to people to solve whatever problems they have "she replied smiling "do you have any problems you want fixed?" she asked smiling at Mawson

"to bad I don't have any" he said

"well you were looking for something weren't you?" she said

"that isn't a problem" Mawson said

"well what were you looking for?" she insisted

"a Basilisk" he replied

"that creature you shouldn't look for such deadly creatures if you really know what a Basilisk is you would avoid finding it even for the greatest treasures" she said

"well you need not worry about me I have my specialties" Mawson said as he smirked

"hmm well you came a long way from its cave the Basilisk lives south of Atlantis head south and you would hit the shores there is a cave there where it leaves" she said

"south of here thanks may I leave" Mawson asked shocking her

"most humans who come here never want to leave and yet you are eager to go" she said

"well let's say I hate water it makes me cold" he replied

"fine "she said as she escorted him out of the room and into the hall. Mawson had been admiring the palace when he first entered that he didn't notice what he had passed but as he was heading for the exit he noticed something.

"what is that "he asked looking at a long golden Trident with a green emerald in it

"ow that is Chrysaur it is a weapon forged with an unbreakable metal along side the magic of the High Father it has the ability to change its form to suit the wielder it was a gift to my father from Him " she replied smiling

"who is this High Father?" Mawson asked suprising the girl

"well He is the High God of the divine ninth heaven He is also known as the Father of all Gods or Father of all creatures and creations" she said smiling at him.

"who is this little sister" a voice called out as three approaching footsteps where heard

"hi Aphrodite" she said as her smile disappeared "this is Mawson he is a human who got lost at sea so I am taking him back "she said

"hmm Mawson so it seems you lost your way" the first person said

"hope you are okay" the third person said

"aren't you a cutie" the second said as they all smiled at him.

Aphrodite was a goddess who was three persons but the same her first person was the goddess of love who had beautiful red hair and blue eyes as she was wearing a beautiful pink gown. Her second person was the goddess of beauty as she had an amazing black hair and colorful eyes she wore a blue gown. And her third was the goddess of fertility who wore a beautiful yellow gown as her purple hair and black eyes were bright

"Aphrodite is three god in one" Clio said as she enlightened Mawson

"dont"

"need you"

"to explain our beings to him"

"yeah" they said breaking their statements

"well nice meeting you three but I have to get back now" Mawson said as he walked towards the door and left

"you scared him away"

"no you did"

"I didn't it was the two of you who scared him of" they argued with themselves

"guys he wasn't scared" Clio chimed in

"ow yeah then it was you who scared him away then"

"yeah she scared him off" they said as they all turned and left.
