The training Hall was full of people who heard of the duel between Xander and Marcus, and they talks about what will or will not happen during the fight.

"Man, don't you think that the level one made a huge mistake by challenging Sir Marcus to a duel,I mean he might have been new here but he should know his place".

"Yeah but don't you think that sir Marcus is being a bit harsh, I mean we all know he bragged about how he was going to win. But everyone know it's not hard to beat a level one".

"Yeah you have a point, but what if the level one manages to win".

" You and I both know it's impossible so quite your worrying, I know you derive sick twisted pleasure from watching people get hurt so shut up and enjoy the show".

"Speak for yourself".

Xander wore a mask on his face and it wasn't because he was trying to hide that he was scared no, it was because he didn't want unwanted attention.

In truth Xander wasn't really feeling any fear towards Marcus who was just standing there, and it looked as if he wasn't going to bother himself about using a weapon since he was quite confident that he was going to beat Xander.

Xander just used his inspect skill to know the type of ability he had, so he would be able to pick a weapon that was fit for the fight.

Xander could not help but thank the system for giving him such a useful skill, it made Xander more excited to beat Marcus since physically he was stronger than Marcus, in some aspect.

But unlike Xander who wasn't using the smoke ability Marcus was allowed to, and he could use it for twenty six whole minutes.

Marcus charged in at Xander like a bull who had seen a red coloured object, but Xander was ready as he had already brought out his steel claws.

Xander smiled at the message and ran forward, Marcus raised up five balls of earth at the size of a regular basket ball and fired the all at Xander.

Xander however sliced every single one of the balls into half which surprised the audience, as gasps were heard coming from them.

Xander charged forward towards Marcus but Xander's opponent continued to throw earth ball after earth ball, while Xander keep dodging and slicing them until his time limit was fifteen minutes.

Xander was panting and gasping with sweat dripping from his face while Marcus looked as if he had barely broken a sweat, and this made Xander even more angry.

So he charged towards Marcus and surprisingly he didn't use the earth balls, rather he created a sword in his right hand and in his left it was something similar to a gun.

The gun like object covered his hands up to his shoulders, and where the palm of his hand was suppose to be there was a whole and as soon a bullet was released, and it only missed Xander by a few inches.

And although some of the earth bullet hit Xander he still charged forward, as if he was hell-bent on doing it.

Xander charged and Marcus enlarged his earth sword and attacked Xander while firing the earth bullets.

Seeing this Xander activated his aura Detector Skill, and started attacking the sword with his steel claws.

A strike came aiming for his chest but he easily countered the attack and stroke the earth blade as hard as he could, and it seemed as if each time he struck the earth blade it would constantly vibrate and Marcus was beginning to working.

As the more strength that was put into an attack the faster the time limit will be exhausted, so he was getting worried.

Marcus moved the earth blade as soon as he could while at the same time firing fifteen earth bullets, and the bullets were all in a single file.

But somehow and somewhere along the line, Xander twisted the sword with the blade part of his steel claws and quickly grabbed the earth blade.

Xander moved the part of the earth blade that he had been constantly damaging, but although it wasn't the only place that he had dented. That place just happened to have the biggest crack.

Marcus's own earth bullets hit his earth sword and it broke the sword in half since it was just damaged too much, and gasps were heard coming out of the audience followed by small whispers.

The students were so shocked that they could hardly believe their eyes, how come a level one was able to beat a teacher. It was something that was totally unheard of, if anything it might as well be considered as an abomination.

And the worst part for sir Marcus was that he was completely out of ideas, he had reached his earth ability time limit, and he didn't even bring any weapons.

And he didn't even know that students had power as great as this and not to talk more of a level one, it was totally unheard of.

Xander charged forward and Marcus was forced back to reality, as he only had one skill left and that was his hand to hand combat. And although he knew he wasn't that skilled in it, it was better than nothing.

Xander threw a punch out to Marcus's face and as expected Marcus used his hands to block it, and though Xander expected Marcus to black the attack he wasn't expecting him to use both hands.

So he made good use of his other hand by pulling Marcus close to his body he then twisted Marcus's leg and stop midway with the hand that was intended to hit Marcus in his face.

He gave Marcus and uppercut that sent him flying backwards, Marcus was now on his back was still too dazed to know that Xander had now jumped on his chest and started punching him furiously.

He didn't stop until kelvin and Alvin ran forward to hold Xander for fear that he might kill the man called Marcus.

And now Marcus whole face was tore and it was almost as if his face was put in a blender, and you could honestly say that even Marcus would be disgusted by himself.

"Hey Marcus have you been working out because you look ripped", Xander said with a smile and although you couldn't see him due to the mask he wore you could tell due to his moon shape eyes.
