*CHAOXING'S POV

The soldiers and I finally arrive at the place where the Shijan Clan used to be. The soldiers were all in high spirits and I was very happy to see them in that condition. Knowing Danji and Ying Dou, I had already had some soldiers surround the place ahead of time. And there it was. The portal of time.

It was because of this portal that I was sure that Ying Dou would surely show up here today which was what I wanted. Signaling General Cheng, a solider comes to give me a lighted touch. I stand there watching as two soldiers go round smearing oil round the portal. 

"Everything is ready, Your Highness" A solider said.

Raising the torch up, I am about to throw it when I spot an arrow coming from a mile away. Jumping from my horse, I move away from sight allowing the arrow to pass under me. Landing on the ground, I spot Danji coming from a mile away with her soldiers. Looking around, I try to find Ying Dou but I don't see him anywhere.
