War continues part 4, The Noblest of Them All

(Omni pov):

Just before the explosive conclusion to Ash and Geto's fight reach an end, Maki can be seen running towards more curses.

Due to her high combos Maki was already exorcising curses with one sword slash. It was easy for her to be decapitating curses due to her skills, as well as being able to perceive curses thanks to her five senses being upgraded.

And while cleaving away at curses she tried to exorcize a curse turtle spirit but it managed to put a protective barrier blocking the swords slash from reaching it.

"Huh?" Maki exclaimed not expecting her slash to be blocked. The turtle then tucked it's head and limbs into it's shell and started to rotate itself in a extremely fast motion and made it's way towards Maki

As it made contact with Maki it started pushing her back and into different buildings while still spinning on top of her. When she made it towards the third building she put her sword back in its scabbard and grabbed the shell with both her hands

And as she was grabbing on, the shell kept pushing her and dragging her feet along. And as she kept getting pushed against the ground the asphalt kept breaking apart due to the force until eventually Maki managed to stop it

While holding her ground and keeping the shell in place the shell just kept on spinning until Maki slammed it onto the ground

*boom*

A small crater was soon made due to Maki's strength and the force of which she used to throw the shell.

The shell then had a tiny crack appear which quickly healed itself

'I see, so bladed weapons are useless against it, only blunt force is effective against it, is it a Pact it made or a Heavenly Restriction it was born with? Do Curses even get Heavenly Restrictions?

*Tch*, if I would have known I wouldn't have wasted my 524 combo on this stupid bastard, now I have to start all over again.' Maki thought as soon as she saw the crack appear on it's shell.

With her gauntlets on Maki started hammering away at the turtle with her fist until the shell broke apart and her fist tore right through it's body.

And as she exorcised the curse spirit a portal soon appeared close by where she was at. Looking at the color of it she thought Ash was coming but was disappointed when she saw that it was only Yuta that came through holding a sword that had blood on it's edge while Rika came right behind him.

"Why are you here I thought you were supposed to be with Ash protecting the school" Maki asked curious as to why only Yuta appeared.

Yuta just shrugged "He kinda sent me away wanting to fight Geto by himself and told me it was more beneficial that I helped you guys out which I kinda agree with as well"

Maki just sigh at that "*sigh* that sounds like Ash alright, he probably really wants to fight Geto going all out and wanted Geto to fight giving it his all as well.

Ash probably thought Geto wouldn't do that if you were there incase you attacked him in the middle of their fight, so he would have had to hold back to defend himself against you.

Which wouldn't have been something Ash wanted, so he sent you away. I'm not sure if you realized but Ash really likes a good fight and showing off his moves to his opponents"

Maki then explained to Yuta what probably happend as she already had a grasp on his personality due to the time they spent together

"Well enough talking let's go finish this so we can get this over with" Maki said as she flash stepped on the next curse she saw and blew its head right from it's neck with just a punch.

Yuta nodded before addressing Rika "Let's go Rika let's finish this quickly" Rika just roared in agreement.

With that Yuta made his way towards curses and started slashing away at the curses with his sword and trusty old flamethrower he made with Rika's abundant curse energy.

In a few minutes thanks to Yuta's help they were almost done with all the curse spirits and the curse users that came along with Geto, the only ones left were a few first grade curses that were almost as powerful as special grade curses.

Even tho they weren't killed they were still incapacitated quickly due to Yuta's arrival so the casualties were minimal on the jujutsu sorcerers side.

One of the curses that was still alive just so happened to be a armadillo like curse that's going up against Maki. It would just roll up into a ball and start rolling away from Maki making her annoyed, once it was far enough it would turn around and start rolling towards her and start to attack her using its momentum.

As the attack was about to land Maki just punched it while it was all rolled up and flying towards her and sent it flying into a building, she then unscathed her sword and as she was just about to deliver the final blow an explosion happened which was quickly followed by an earthquake

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMM*

*Shake* *Shake* *Shake* *Shake* *Shake* *Shake* *Shake* *Shake* *Shake* *Shake*

The building and rubble started shaking due to the force of the explosion and earthquake in the far distance, all everyone saw was a mushroom cloud of smoke from the direction of the school

Maki was able to quickly stabilize herself and as she looked at the direction of the explosion and saw the cloud all she could do was sigh due to knowing exactly who the perpetrator is.

Even the people of Kyoto were able to feel a bit of the earthquake due to the force of the explosion.

Kinji Hakari a second year of Jujutsu High looked at the direction of the school and had a smiling expression while looking towards it.

"That must be Ash I can feel his fever all the way from here and it's burning just as Hot as the day I met him"

(A/n: TBH completely forgot about Hakari I'll have to do a flashback chapter just for him and find where to put him, I mean I have an idea and it'll probably be during the conclusion and aftermath of the war.)

"Kirara, can you feel it Ash's fever is just as hot as ever, no I'm wrong, it's even hotter"

Kirara Hoshi is also a second year student from Jujutsu High and are in Kyoto as reinforcement.

Due to his loyalty towards Hakari, Kirara mostly follows him everywhere which is why he is also here in Kyoto with Hakari.

The rest of the people in Kyoto just look towards the direction of Tokyo wondering what is going on. Since they felt the earthquake the rest of the people in Kyoto started to assume that the fight against Geto is mostly over and that the earthquake is most likely the conclusion of their fight.

They weren't the only one that came to that conclusion, Gojo Satoru saw the big explosion and teleported towards it and when he arrived he saw Ash in the sky in a position he knows to well.

As Ash was floating in the sky upside down he just said

"Through the Ashs and Flames, The Phoenix has always been the most Noblest of them all"

While Ash was having his moment Gojo went to check on Geto who he found resting on the floor with his back against the wall and half of his torso missing.

Seeing him like this was quite the shock to Gojo after all, he still considers Geto his bestfriend so it was sad for him to see him in such a state, but all he could do was sigh as he bent down to his eye level to talk to him.

Geto just looked at Gojo with a weak smile and in a weak voices says "Heyyyyy just the person I wanted to see before I die, Satoruuuu.

Are my family safe?"

Gojo just sighs as he said "Yeah but they're captured but I'm just going to release them and say they ran away before the fight got to intense"

Geto still smiling weakly says "Aww it looks like you still care about me, now why would you do that?"

Gojo just answers "Cause I knew you really didn't want to kill anyone from the school for no reason"

Geto just slightly chuckles "Trust eh? Then you don't know me that well I was totally ready to kill that phoenix kid, he's just so annoying"

Gojo just smiles at that "He has that effect on people, doesn't he"

Geto then tosses Yuta's student ID back to him "I'm returning this"

Gojo just looked at it in his hand with a irritated expression "That elementary school was also your doing, you're a lost cause" Gojo says the last part while shaking his head.

Gojo stays silent for a while before saying "Any last words" with a small smile.

It was Geto's turn to stay silent for a while before replying "No matter what you or anyone say I still hate all those monkeys, but it's not like I hated everyone from the school.

It's just that in a world like this, I can't laugh from the bottom of my heart"

Gojo then stays quite for bit before long and Geto's breath starts to slow down as he's finally taking in his final breath

And while closing his eyes he just softly says "oh and Satoru stay safe for me, won't you"

Gojo just nods slowly as Geto takes his final breath leaving this world forever.

Gojo then sighs and stands up while leaving Geto's body there for awhile to go and get Shoko.

And as he leave Ash soon appears and stands before Geto's body.

'Should I just burn his body now, or let things play out how they should in the original, I can just wait for kenjaku to appear and kill him once and for all and be done with it.

Once he dies Itodori never eats the finger, Sukuna is never revived and we live happily ever after.

Though Sukuna can still be revived by the disaster curse spirits later on in an unknown body which would make things difficult and uncontrollable, so if Yuji does eat Sukuna's finger we still have a way to trap him.

So letting Kenjaku have the body isn't all that bad, decisions, decisions, oh what to do'

While Ash was deep in thought while looking at Geto's body he heard a voice he knows all to well calling him affectionately

"Oh Ash-kun my boy dearest"

Ash's eyes widen as he turned around not expecting to hear such a familiar voice for a long time.

And when he turned around and he looked at the figure behind him, his pupil soon dilated and all he managed to squeak out in a involuntary small voice was

"Mother?"

As the figure of the one he called mother in this new life appeared with the top of her head slightly open showing a brain with teeth smiling at him.
