<Elsie's Point of View>

School is the second most annoying place for me. The house is placed in the first position. The things I don't like at school are assignments, homework, killer teachers, and the cheesy chatter of students around me. For about ten minutes I stood there, leaning against my locker, watching the people pass by with their laughter and jokes. But, among the students at Albert Einstein High School, none of them had the slightest courage to face Elsie Sven Cavern. Whoops. My full name is Elisabeth. But I won't turn around if anyone calls me in my full name like that. After all, many people know me as Elsie, even the name 'Elisabeth' seems to have disappeared from my life.

A boy with thick glasses walked downhill pased me. His hands were busy clutching the textbooks. Aha. Just for fun, I stretched my legs forward, causing the nerd boy to fall and the books he was holding scattered on the floor. Laughter was heard all around me, but I just watched the boy with an unbothered look.

"Oh my, Elsie! What are you doing?!" Cleopatra's loud scream was heard not far from me. When I turned to the right, she had already appeared and rushed to help the boy.

I responded to her pretentious heroic actions with a lazy chuckle. There was no resemblance between me and Cleo at all. Well, we're not identical twins. Apart from physical, and mental as well. Cleo tends to be very concerned about her appearance, acting and dressing feminine, kind, and she has a soft voice.

After helping the nerd boy, it was my turn to be her concern. She stomped her foot in annoyance toward me, then sighed in frustration. Just be ready to listen to her sermon, which certainly won't enter my ears.

"Don't do things like that here. You can act wild outside, but not at school."

"Do I look like I care?" I asked casually. I pursed my lips.

"You're so outrageous." Paying no mind to my reply, Cleo walked quickly, away from me to go to the next class.

She said things like that probably because she didn't know how to have fun. Oh, I forgot that she had fun in her way; such as studying, attending seminars, and many things that made me sick.

Not long after, Jillian, a friend who always accompanies me, came from the south toward me. The corners of her lips pulled up into a wide smile. Then she tapped my shoulder and whispered in my ear.

"Do you want to come?" she asked in a whisper.

"Where are you going to?" I asked again, not understanding what she said.

"Oh my, Chloe's party. Remember?" Jillian shifted closer, as if unwilling to share the information she wanted to pass on to me. "A lot of people come there, especially…" Her gaze fell on the atmosphere outside the window, where I could catch Ryan Foster playing football with his friends. He is one of the students who are adored at this school, no wonder that his arrival at popular student parties is something that is most awaited. "Isn't he paying attention to you, El?"
