The punishment is the unification of the land into one continent and the appearance of a giant tower. To be able to free them from that punishment, they must be able to reach the top and declare their wishes to the Creator. However, as a form of generosity from Him, humans are given various abilities that they can use to help them reach the top. They are referred to as Bellators. However, not all Bellators in this new continent were capable of possessing the strong ability to carry out tower conquests. He is Galam Isiros. Galam also seemed to be very upset with what had happened to him and his colleagues. "This place is toying with our lives. Even if we don't move, we can still die in this place if the sword starts pointing its blade at us."

Everyone looked desperate and bowed their heads. Some people cry while praying and hope that God will hear their prayers. Again, Andras could only watch one by one his members began to erode mentally and die slowly.

"We haven't even seen any monsters in this room since the coffin was opened. We are like insects trapped in a device made by a bird," Andras said pessimistically.

"Andras! How can you say such a thing when you are trusted as our leader, you bastard!" Varos who was annoyed at Andras's desperate tone crawled closer to Andras and hit him.

Everyone was shocked by what Varos did to Andras. It was clear from the expression on Varos that he was angry with Andras.

After smacking Andras in the face, Varos crawled back and this time drew closer to Galam. Even Galam who saw that could only gulp heavily with his saliva and hoped that he wouldn't be killed in one hit by Varos. However, the thing Galam thought never happened. On the other hand, Varos stared intently at Galam's face which made the owner of the face Galam observed felt a little uncomfortable and frightened.

"Is it true that your name is Galam?" Varos asked Galam.

"Th-that's true. What's the matter, Mister Varos?" Galam replied in a slightly stuttering tone.

Seeing Galam's nervous face, Varos then patted Galam's shoulder trying to give him strength. Then, Varos glared at Galam as if he wanted to tell him something.

"I'll ask you one thing, do you still have the will to fight and survive even though you don't know if there's still a chance for you to win or not?" There was a serious tone spoken by Varos.

Galam who heard that at first hesitated. But somehow he had to keep trying to live and look back at the face of his sister who was currently lying weak in his house. "I, still have a strong will to survive."

"Good!" Varos smiled and then he looked at all the remaining party members. "Listen to me! I'm not the leader of this subjugation, but I don't want to just sit around and wait until my time to die. I don't want to! If any of you still have the will to live, we'll get through this together and think about the best way to get out of this place!"

Varos' words gave a slight morale boost to all the remaining party members. At this time, they began to steel themselves to fight and find a way out of this place. Slowly, they began to rise and showed the gaze of someone who still wanted to fight for his life.

"Now, I think of one thing that I find strange," Varos told Galam.

Andras, who had only been listening to what his friend was doing, joined in the chat between Galam and Varos. "I'm surprised you can lift their spirits."

"Do you need me to give you one more punch and have your head stabbed by one of those thousands of flying swords?!" Andras just shook his head in response to Varos' words.

"Excuse me, Mister Varos. About that earlier, what strange thing did you want to say earlier?" Galam tried to return the focus of their conversation to the important things that might help them get out of there.

"Ah, that's the pattern of this room's trap."

Andras denied Varos' words. "How did you know it was a trap? I didn't see any trigger that would cause the trap to appear."

"Are you oblivious or are you really stupid? Wasn't there a stone that our comrade found earlier? And when a drop of blood dripped on it, we experienced something like this. I think that stone was the trigger for this trap to appear."

That's right, this place looks like a place that is designed to trap its prey so it can't move freely. If he was forced to move, then the swords would immediately draw and tear his body.

"And the strange thing is if this wasn't a trap, why would such a great power be wasted? With such power, it would be enough to annihilate all of us, no matter what effort we put into it." Varos added an explanation of what he was thinking.

It made sense considering how powerful the swords were. Even if there were monsters in this place, there was a possibility that the monsters were this mysterious building itself and they were currently inside the monster's body. But that didn't explain why the swords didn't aim and kill them right now. Humans can't escape from the attack of thousands of blades from various directions.

Galam thought about how systematically the sword trap would work. Galam noticed the same pattern when the blade started to appear.

"Patterns, if this place has an attack pattern, then this place should have some kind of clue as to how we can get out of this place." Galam expressed his opinion after hearing the information from Varos.

Andras and Varos nodded indicating that they also agreed with Galam's opinion. Quickly, Andras ordered the remaining members to look for any clues that might be in this room. "Everyone! We will try to find clues around this room. If any of you find anything that you think is strange, please give your reports immediately."

Immediately, they began to search various places in the room. No matter how small it is, as long as it can help them then they will consider that it is a very important thing.

After a long time, finally one of the members shouted after finding strange writing that he could not read. "Hey! Looks like I found something, but I can't read it."

Everyone then crawled closer towards that person. He found an inscription on the stone artifact that allegedly activated the trap in this room. Andras also tried to translate the contents of the writing on the artifact.

All of you, lowly creatures, submit to your ancestors and living legends. This place is a sacred place to rest the legends of various places. Offer your prayers for them, and they will repay you by saving your life. If you don't keep this promise, then you will become food for the hungry Cerberus.

That would be the content of the writing on the artifact. Galam thought trying to understand the meaning of that sentence with his current situation. He tried to find out if that sentence had something to do with the active trap in this place.

"Prayer, worship, promise, holy place." Galam kept on muttering those words.

Varos was astonished by what Galam had done. Galam's actions made Varos think that Galam could be a fake fortune teller who often mumbled incoherent sentences.

"Hey, Andras. Does that guy often do that?" Varos also asked Andras.

"No. It's the first time I've seen him in action."

Galam continued to concentrate and kept trying to find out what it all had to do with current events. Finally, Galam found the answer to the rules in the room.

"Master, it turns out that this place does have its own rules." Galam started trying to stand up while holding on to one of the nearby pillars.

Andras tried to warn Galam not to act rashly. "Galam, what are you doing?! You could die if you ne—"

Galam cut Andras' sentence. "Calm down, sir."

"Are you crazy?!"

Ignoring the warning, Galam continued to do so.

"Master, if my guess is correct..."

Galam's eyes turned serious as if he was sure that the answer was correct and that he would not die. "Those eyes, those aren't the looks a desperate person would give. Actually, what do you want to do?!"

"Master, if my guess is correct, then the trap won't activate if I stand up and move," said Galam standing firmly and showing a face that looked as if he was going to kill the creature behind all of this.
