The destination

On a journey one must wonder

To where under the sky shall they wander

In this world only two places remain

A mysterious metropolis

A certain dark ruin surrounding the path

Each traveler aims for the city

But the path is treacherous

Around every corner lies a suprise

Beneath every stone sits a devil

The devils mess with your mind

It changes your direction

Makes you want to abandon

You hallucinate

You fear

You feel the ruins calling for you

That beckon with their sweet promise of peace

Of a certain fate

All one has to do is step off

Into the dark

I have heard of the beauties of the future

But I cannot Stand this path

Not any longer

I lean towards the easy way out

I walk the line between light and dark

A path demon wakes

I shudder and shiver

I see a rope to hold

I grab it

Tie it around me

And just let it yank me

Into darkness

Into

Death

Peace at last
