Two Victims??

After school
"Whoa, it started raining. I guess the weather report was right." Chie said
"That means the show's probably going to be on tonight." Yosuke said
"I hope we don't see anyone." Yukiko said
"Yeah that'd be best. But if we do, maybe we'll see some kind of clue that can point us toward the killer." Yosuke said
"Well everyone, don't forget to check your TV tonight. Got it?" Chie asked
"Check the TV for what?" Cal asked as he walked up behind us.
"An rural legend around here. They say if you stand in front of a TV that's turned off at midnight, on a rainy night, then your true love will appear." I said
"Well I don't need to use some legend to find love." He said as he squatted near Yukiko's desk. "Hey there good looking, I'm Cal. What's your name?"
"It's Yukiko, and if you don't mind, can you move a little further away from my face please?" She asked
He moved back and stood up.
"Personal space, my apologies. If you wanna get to know me better, here's my number." He said as he set a slip of paper on Yukiko's desk. He then headed out of the classroom, but not before kicking over the empty garbage can.
"Kinda seems like a real prick." I said
"Yeah I'm not so sure about that one Yukiko." Chie said
"Who knows, maybe he's actually really nice." Yukiko said as she slipped the paper into her pocket.
"Hey, wait a minute, now that I think about it, I've seen that kid before, back in Juvie." I said
"WHAT!?" Chie asked
"Yeah, he was released the day I arrived. Never actually found out what he was in for, just that he had a whole bunch of armed guards escorting him out. I had figured that they sent him to an actual prison I didn't know that he was free to go." I said
"Maybe you should avoid him Yukiko, he sounds dangerous." Yosuke said
"Maybe, but who knows? Maybe he's like Y/n." Yukiko said
On that note, we parted ways.
Midnight
It's pouring out, time to see if something will appear on the TV.
When Midnight hit, the TV turned on, it went almost, splitscreen for a second, as TWO people appeared, I can't really tell what they look like, but they're both male.
I called Yosuke.
"Oh it's you! I was just about to call your cell! So what do you think? That was a guy, wasn't it? Not to mention it was two! I wish I could tell what he looked like. Let's get together and talk more about it tomorrow!" Yosuke said
He hung up
May 15
At Junes
"Ahem. We will now hold a meeting on the investigation of the serial kidnapping slash murder case here in Inaba." Yosuke said
"Dude, take a breath." Chie said
"Oh, then does that make this place our special headquarters?" Yukiko asked
"Yes! Exactly, nicely put Yukiko." Yosuke said
"Special headquarters, hm that does have a nice ring to it." Chie said
"Anyways, as for what was on last night.." Yosuke said
"Did you watch last night?" Yu asked
"I saw it too!" Chie said. "I couldn't get a good view of the persons' face, but they were guys, weren't they?"
"Both of them looked like they're in High School." I said
"So that's how I looked on TV. Hm, wait a moment, didn't all the victims have one thing in common? That they were females tied to the first incident?" Yukiko asked
"That's what we thought." Yosuke said. "But we still don't know who exactly we saw."
"In my case the image on the Midnight Channel changed after I was kidnapped right?" Yukiko asked
"Yeah, and the screen got clear all of a sudden, and the program looked like a low budget TV show. Come to think of it maybe Teddie was right, maybe we were seeing the other Yukiko from that world." Yosuke said
"But last night, we couldn't clearly see whoever they were. Could that mean, they aren't inside the TV yet? If so, then.."
"They're still safe for now." I said
"Uh Huh. I think that's safe to assume. If we can figure out who they are, can we prevent them from being taken?" Yukiko asked.
"Yeah, and if all goes well we might catch the killer in the bargain. But to do that, we need to know who the latest Midnight Channel Stars are. I hate to say it, but I'll guess we'll have to wait another night and see what happens." Yosuke said
"Ahehehem. Well that means that if my deductions are correct, though the image was hard to make out, and we can't say for sure who it was, they were definitely young males. But if that's the case, it goes entirely against our prior assumptions. Since we cannot identify the people at the time, we have no choice but to wait and see what happens." Chie said
"That's exactly what we just said." Yosuke said
"Shut up!" Chie said
"*chuckle, HeeHee, ahahahaha! You're so funny Chie! Ahahaha, oh no! My funny bone!" Yukiko laughed
"Not again." Chie said
"Sorry, heeheehee!" Yukiko said
"This is how Yukiko really is Huh? Who'd have thought." Yosuke said
"By the way, about those guys we saw? I get the feeling I've seen them before. Pretty recently too." Chie said
"You too? Yeah I've been thinking the same thing since last night. Well, let's check the TV again tonight and think about it more tomorrow." Yosuke said
"Heehee." Yukiko said
"Grr, when are you gonna stop that you crazy hyena!?" Chie said
"Ahahahaha! That's a good one Chie!" Yukiko said
Evening.
I got a "Link Call" up in my room while I was reading.
"I was just about to call- oh, hi Kengo." I said
He doesn't seem too happy, never really is much these days.
"I just called to check in. Wanted to see how you're holding up." He said.
"Pretty good. Hey listen I need you to look into someone for me." I said to him
"A possible suspect?" He asked
"More like a possible victim. His name's Cal Kido. He apparently spent time in the Juvie Hall I was at, he was released the day I got there."
"Kido, I know that name from somewhere. You sure that was his last name?" He asked
"Yeah, positive. Thinks himself to be a ladies man." I said
"I'll look into him, see what I can dig up. In the mean time, do try to stay out of trouble." He said
He hung up after that.
Midnight.
Both figures appeared again, but they're still unfocused. I know I've seen both of them before.
My phone rang
"Did you see that?" Yosuke asked
"It might be Kanji Tatsumi and Cal Kido." I said
"Yeah I think so too." Yosuke said. "I knew I saw him somewhere, and Cal I saw right in class! Kanji was on that special news report! He's one scary dude, he was even yelling at the camera to "Get Bent"! Alright, so we finally have a lead, let's all get together tomorrow okay? Oh, I almost forgot, it's kinda off subject but, seeing as you're on the line, mind if I ask you something? It's something I've been meaning to ask for a while. So, what do you think about Yukiko and Chie? I mean let's not mince words, which one's your type?"
"I don't have a particular preference in girls." I said
"Haha, seriously!? Well you get a better chance that way! Hey but don't worry, this is just between you and me. Okay, see you tomorrow." Yosuke said
