Settling down
As soon as the Dexter family came to the Zorr coast, they found the fishing village that Colin has developed over time. The residents in the villages and the guards saw many carriages arriving to the village.
The guards of the village came and stopped the carriages. Colin came out and everyone bowed to him out of respect.
"My Lord, may I ask the reason for your arrival with these many people?" asked one of the guards.
"The barony was half destroyed by a cult and I decided to bring the people here and develop this village." said Colin.
"Where's the village head Gary?" asked Colin.
"My Lord, the village head fled away with a lot of money provided to the village a month ago. He seems to have escaped to the capital due to the fear of monsters and bandits." replied the guard.
"What? Why didn't I know about this?" shouted Colin with anger.
The guard was surprised and terrified at the same time. He thought that Colin deliberately ignored the help request sent through letter from the head of the guards Liam. It seems that they were mistaken because the Lord did not receive the letter at all.
"My Lord, the head guard Liam sent a request for help nearly a month ago. We thought you have abandoned us as no help has arrived." said the guard.
"What is your name?" asked Colin with serious eyes.
The guard started trembling and slowly muttered " I..It's..K..Kevin, My Lord."
"You have done a great job by telling me the truth. But I am going to be building this village into a City soon and you won't have to worry about such things." replied Colin tapping Kevin's shoulders.
"I would have to appease the people here before I can start with my work." said Colin sighing and made his way to the center of the village where meetings are held in the carriage.
."My Lord, where are the maids and your butler Jonathan?" asked Kevin with confusion in his face.
"They were all killed by the mysterious cult in the mansion." said Colin while sitting in the carriage.
Colin spoke the truth because most of the bodies were burned to Ash, but some bodies had only bones left when they entered the mansion for bringing money from the treasury.
The carriages made way and went to the center where there is a big flag with Lion and Tiger roaring at one another hanging on the large platform made of stairs.
The entire family made their way to the platform and stood at the top. The head guard Liam came running and asked "My Lord, I heard from Kevin. Is it true that you will be ruling here from now on?" asked with enthusiasm in his eyes because he felt the towns problems can be solved.
The 7 people stood on the ground obstructing the villagers from going further. The people in the carriages came out and stood at the square.
Colin got a good look at the "Purple Oyster" village. He built it in such a way that soon it can become a city. The beach is 5 kms away from the coastal edge from where the ocean starts. The houses in the village are made of limestone and are very sturdy with the floors made of marble.
The people did not have any problem as the village is famous for brewing Coconut based ale and there are a lot of fishermen in the village.
The atmosphere is the village is not too happy but not too sad either.
Colin looked at Ian and nodded.
The villagers looking at the family with a tense feeling because they were desperate for help since 1 month.
Ian stepped forward and said "People of the Purple Oyster village. Fear not as the lord decided to migrate here forever and will be living here from now on.
Not only that, our first priority is to take care of settlement issue and eliminating the monsters and bandits."
The village people felt relief wash over them and the guard Liam felt a burden relieved as he was the one who has been taking care of things since the village head ran away.
Ian smiled and backed off. Colin took the stage and said "Now, I am going to recruit people for different jobs and tomorrow the list of jobs will be placed at notice board to my left here."
There is a board filled with all types of temporary jobs on the left side of the village center. Colin decided to make major changes because as soon as he reached Level 5, he received a starter package which can increase the houses and area in the village.
The same goes for Ian because he can now expand the village to the north by establishing agricultural fields.
When the village was built, the previous Colin made sure that a mansion was built here for him and his family on the cliff.

The people started praising Colin because Dexter is trying to create jobs and employ people for the Barony.
"As for the monster and bandit problem, we four of them will go there and eliminate those pests." said Colin lifting his fist.
Liam was shocked at the sudden declaration. The villagers and the people were shocked on hearing those words.
"My Lord, you need not do that. You have already done a lot for us by developing this village. We cannot allow you and your family to face such trouble." shouted Liam trying to persuade Colin.
"Yes, my lord. If anything happens to you no one will care about us."
"Please reconsider. We do not want to lose a good man like you."
Colin stepped forward and said "Listen, the letter for help from the people did not reach me. I don't know what happened but my son Gabriel is going to find out.
As for fighting the monsters, it is my duty to protect my people so I would have to do with my family to rectify this mistake."
The people felt happy and sad at the same time. They were happy because their lord did not abandon them and they were sad because their lord will be in danger fighting the monsters.
The family opened the status windows.
"Status" said all four of them.

Two new powers related to respective classes were added. They closed the status window and opened the inventory.
They found the starter package of non combat classes waiting for them. They need to reach Level 10 to get package for combat classes.
They clicked on the packages. Suddenly new buildings made of limestone appeared according to the respective population. All 4 of them commonly got the map function. Evelyn got new recipes and blue prints to make solar stoves.
They also heard sounds coming from the north and understood that agricultural fields have been established.
Appearance of buildings happened because of Colin's starter package and agricultural fields appeared because of Ian's package.
They all saw Gabriel and he was grinning like crazy. "What did you get?" whispered Ian.
"Gloves, Magnifying glasses and Lie Detector power." said Gabriel.
Ian gave a weird look as he could not understand why Gabriel was grinning for these.
Gabriel knows that these gloves are Energy Gloves which can detect the flow of energy in the body and the Magnifying Glasses work as an X-Ray.
The Lie detector power can help in sensing lies in an investigation.
The people were shocked and terrified on seeing new buildings appearing out of nowhere.
"Don't fear, because this is my power." declared Colin.
The people were stunned on hearing his words as even the 7 people were also surprised.
Gabriel came to the 7 members and said "You guys will be coming with us to the mansion" with a small smile.
The 7 members bowed and Gabriel looked at Liam and said "Tomorrow me and my family will eliminate the two problems plaguing here. During that time, you will be taking care of things here."
"As you wish, my lord." said Liam.
Evelyn stepped forward and said "Collect your house numbers here." showing the house papers in her hand.
Liam and the 7 members asked the people to form a line to collect the house numbers. About 5000 people came with Dexter family.
Due to the appearance of new houses, the place looked like a small town rather than a village.
The distribution of houses took time and the entire family was involved in it. It became evening until it was finished.
The grains and other material was stored in a new storage building which appeared.
"Gabriel, send this money and letter to the Superhero Academy." said Colin giving the money and letter.
Gabriel took the money of 50000 gold and letter to place them in a circular box which acted like a pocket dimension to store things.
The people called them space balls. He attached it to a carrier pigeon and sent it away.
"Now, all we have to do is wait for the reply. Before that let us go hunt those monsters and bandits to level up tomorrow." said Colin excitedly.
"Yeah, I want to reach city realm before I join the academy." said Gabriel cracking his neck with a devilish smile.
The family made their way to the mansion on the cliff and the 7 members came with them.
"All of you will now become personal security of the Dexter family." announced Ian.
The 7 of them were happy and Gabriel announced "You guys will be training with me and I will make sure you will all get strong. For now choose the rooms to sleep in and you will all be taking shifts to guard the mansion."
The 7 of them nodded and went for their rooms. "Now, let us start our path to become powerful." said Evelyn clenching her fist.
"Yeah, we need to lay low and grow our power. As soon as we reach World realm, let's exact our vengeance." declared Gabriel with bloodlust.
Thus decided the path Gabriel would walk to become powerful.
