1 Its Real
On one fateful night when the moon was high in the sky as bright as the sun with the cool summer breeze whooshed through the crisp air. The sounds of leaves rustling and leave crunching can be heard throughout the forest.
"Come on you guys keep up, we are almost there!! said Kazuma running through the forest
I'm right behind you!! said Zack keeping up with Kazuma
hey, not all of us are hyperactive knuckleheads like you idiot said Jaken huffing and puffing behind Zack barely keeping up
As the three boys ran through the forest in the dead of night, heading towards a specific location, then suddenly Kazuma comes to an immediate halt with Jaken and Zack following suit barely avoiding running into Kazuma.
there it is guys the ancient shrine of Yokohama, isn't she beautiful said Kazuma with a big excited grin on his face.
wow, it's old and runs down! said Zack jokingly looking on in awe.
Well I did say ancient, didn't I said Kazuma with a sigh
Wait a minute, how do you know this is the right place? Said Jaken in disbelief
Kazuma took that opportunity to strike a heroic captain Morgan pose pointing at the shrine and speaking out
That's easy, if you look at the top of the shrine, over where the nameplate is, over at the entrance, and in front of the entrance of the shrine itself.
at that time Zack and Jaken took a moment to take in their surroundings and look at the parts of the shrine Kazuma was pointing at closer than they already were and after a couple of minutes they both had a look of shock all over their face
they looked at each other and said
OH SNAP!!!
they both started jumping for joy
this, this is it, its the actual place!!! said Zack with excitement
I can't believe it, this is wild!!!! Jaken said rubbing his eyes
Kazuma hopped over and joined his friends in their happy dance and after a few jumps Kazuma looked at his two friends with joy
it's amazing isn't it, you know what's even better though, taking a look inside Kazuma said with an evil looking smile on his face, the corners of his mouth stretching from ear to ear
"HELL YEAH!!!! Zack yelled jumping with excitement
WHAAAA!? you can't be serious Jaken said with a look of horror on his face
Of course, I am, why you asked Kazuma said with a smile because there's the treasure in there, ancient secret treasure Kazuma said with a wide smile on his face.
REALLY!?!? Zack said with pure excitement and stars in his eyes.
Wait a minute, hold on how do you even know that for sure Kaz Jaken said skeptically.
Well, my grandpa told me a story about the secret ancient treasure of the celestial spheres that each have abilities that is unique to each sphere, they were created for the chosen seven celestial heroes to protect the world from a great evil. After one great battle, the heroes fought for their lives against the evil demon lord Draco Edward the battle was intense with the heroes at their wit's end but in the end, the heroes prevailed sealing him in a totem for all eternity. After the battle, the seven heroes took the seven spheres to seven different shrines and sealed them behind a veil so no one can obtain them again. The spheres only manifest themselves every 100yrs under the light of the rare blood moon, over the years the descendants protected the shrine from evil demons, bad guys, and monsters wanting the treasure for their dark agenda said Kazuma in a serious tone.
Wait D..D...DEMONS!!! Jaken said shaking with fear
BAD GUYS AND MONSTERS!!!! Zack said excitedly
Why do you sound excited saying that jaken said looking at zack suspiciously?
Oh yea ahhh monsters said zack jokingly
Yup that's right said Kazuma
And tonight's the night of the blood moon and one of the spheres is going to appear and we are going to get it, get in and get out, easy enough right Kazuma said with a toothy smile on his face.
But what if a demon or a monster shows up Jaken said fearfully
Then we'll run away and jet outta there, it'll be easy peasy said Kazuma confidently giving his friends a thumbs up.
Don't worry Jaken I'll protect you, you scary baby zack said making fun of Jaken
I'm not a baby zack, I'm not scared at all I'm ready whenever you are said Jaken putting on airs
That's the spirit guys, look the moon starting to open up let's jet said Kazuma making a break for the shrine.
As the trio heads towards the shrine, the clouds started to part as the wind begin to howl and the trees swayed back and forth, a shadowy figure with bright red eyes stood in the tree line watching the three boys enter the shrine.
Kazuma opened the door and walked in with zack and naked following suit
Wow this place is a dump said zack
Yea it screams ancient and decays this place is on its last leg said Jaken
That's not....what we're.....here for said Kazuma as he was looking and feeling around for something
We're....loooking for a..... then Kazuma's face lit up with joy as he yelled out
EUREKA!!!
Kazuma suddenly pushed a piece of the wall which caused a hole in the floor to open up and something came extending out of the hole.
There right in front of the trio was an altar that looked beat up and molded from erosion and for being down in the space for so long, it was 5ft tall with a dragon head at the top of it that was also falling apart.
That's the altar where the sphere will appear Kazuma said with excitement and stars in his eyes.
Wow it looks so cool zack said with stars in his eyes looking at the altar
Jaken walked around the altar examining it
So now what do we do Jaken said curiously
We wait. We wait for the moon to turn blood red and cover this place with its beautiful glow said Kazuma popping a spot on the wall
But while we wait let's get in position just in case someone co— said Kazuma sternly
But before they could move they all froze as they felt the air in the room change, next thing they knew a bright dark red light suddenly covered the altar in a red hue then slowly filled the room
What the!? Jaken said taken back by the turn of events
Woah!!! Said zack with a look of amazement
The room it's...it's really
Right before their very eyes the old Shrine, beat up, eroded, and molded became this beautiful, clean and amazing shrine that glowed in the moonlight
This...this is unbelievable said Jaken in shock with a bewildered look
Yoooo The whole shrine looks brand spanking new zack said with an amazing look
GUYS!! Look over there said Kazuma pointing at the dragon head altar
The other two looked on rubbing their eyes as the dragon head that had nothing in its mouth minutes ago now has a beautiful deep red rose-colored orb that brightly shined in the moonlight
Isn't she lovely boys, it's the dragon sphere of Yokohama
Zack and Jaken looked at each other and shouted at the same time
IT'S THE SPHERE!!!!
The boys all started jumping for joy and celebrating
After celebrating Jaken went to go grab the sphere
Let's grab this thing and get out of here said Jaken reaching out to grab it
As he grabbed the sphere Jaken tried walking off but was yanked to the floor immediately.
What the!? Said Jaken looking up in confusion
Jaken then proceeded to try and grabbed the sphere but to no avail
Let me try!!! zack said confidently
Zack then went to pull the sphere with all his might but it wouldn't budge
I beat we came all the way here what do we do now said zack in frustration
Do start giving up hope just yet I still haven't tried yet said Kazuma walking towards the altar
As Kazuma walked towards the sphere all three boys felt a chill run down their spines as the air became tense with a murderous intent behind them. The trio slowly turned around filled with fear as they looked at the entrance and saw bright red eyes staring back at them in the dark.
