31 Meeting of the Five Sages of Eldoria Kingdom!

Eldoria Empire

Within an exceptionally spacious hall, upheld by four majestic pillars that stretched toward the lofty roof, five figures adorned in cloaks of distinct red, blue, gray, brown, and purple hues were seated.

They faced one another around a large, round table that commanded the center of the hall.

Among them, four were middle-aged men, each bearing distinctive facial features, while the fifth was a woman.

She possessed an extraordinarily exquisite countenance, exuding charm and a subtle undercurrent of flirtatiousness.

This allure was enhanced by the presence of a mole just beneath her left eye.

"So, the purpose of this assembly is to deliberate the summoning of heroes?" The man cloaked in red, his features marked by a temperament that seemed quite fiery, cast a severe gaze upon the other four figures.

"Of course, this is because the other six great kingdoms agreed to this plan mutually hundreds of years ago. In three weeks' time, the stars will align perfectly," the middle-aged man in the gray cloak said in a casual and composed manner.

Despite his middle age, his visage retained a handsome quality, reflecting the serene countenance of a scholar.

"Then, how do you anticipate the reaction of the other Wizards from the six kingdoms?" inquired the middle-aged man with stern eyes and brown hair.

His robust physique remained unhindered by the cascading folds of his brown cloak, and his tone carried a tinge of curiosity as he directed his words to the gray-cloaked man.

"Without a doubt, they are thoroughly prepared. When the moon and sun share equal prominence in the sky, at that precise moment, we shall collectively invoke the seven heroes. This will be achieved through a formation encircling the seven kingdoms," explained the man in the gray cloak, a gentle smile gracing his features as he casually rested his head upon his palm.

"I see..." The man in the brown cloak nodded subtly, his head bowing slightly as he contemplated the information.

At once, his attention shifted to the other two figures, who had been engaged in hushed conversation, seemingly observing the interaction between the initial three.

"What are your thoughts on this?" The man in the brown cloak queried, directing his gaze toward the middle-aged individual donning a cloak of tranquil water blue.

Upon the query, the middle-aged man in the blue cloak cast a swift glance his way and responded with nonchalance.

"Proceed as you see fit, for I shall align with the plan," he remarked lightly before allowing his eyes to drift shut in an unhurried manner.

Observing this lackadaisical demeanor, a twinge of irritation stirred within the man cloaked in brown, nearly prompting him to rise from his seat.

Yet it was the gray-cloaked man who promptly stood, his countenance wreathed in a gentle smile aimed at the man in brown.

"Very well, let's avoid quarrels and prioritize the task at hand," the gray-cloaked individual interjected, diffusing the potential conflict between the other two.

Hearing this intervention, the man in brown resumed his seat, his annoyance evident as he turned his gaze aside.

With the assurance of stability, the gray-cloaked man shifted his attention to the figure draped in regal purple fabric.

This woman had kept her eyes closed, seemingly disinterested in the discourse unfolding among the quartet.

"And what are your thoughts, Celestine?" The middle-aged man in the gray cloak inquired, addressing the woman who possessed both extraordinary beauty and a hint of flirtatiousness.

He posed his question with careful politeness.

For a moment, silence enveloped the scene before the woman gradually opened her eyes.

What added to her stunning allure was the distinct purplish hue of her irises, mirroring the shade of her cloak.

However, a dispassionate expression graced her visage, an aspect that contrasted intriguingly with her captivating charm.

Upon closer observation, one might notice faint violet lightning bolts crackling within her pupils, contributing to the enigmatic aura surrounding her.

Without haste, she shifted her gaze toward the middle-aged man, her demeanor indifferent as she offered her response in a gentle tone.

"I hold no objections, as this is indeed a mission necessitated every few thousand years to thwart the Demon Emperor," the woman stated, her arms crossing over an unusually ample chest despite being concealed beneath the folds of her loose cloak.

Upon hearing her pronouncement, the quartet of middle-aged men inclined their heads in accord, their agreement evident.

A hush ensued, as no other topic seemed ripe for discussion.

Observing the quiet, the woman turned her gaze lightly toward the four middle-aged figures.

With an almost dismissive demeanor, she spoke, "Arrange an exceedingly meticulous formation within the confines of Eldoria's region. Collaborate with fellow wizards from the remaining six kingdoms for the endeavor."

She continued, her tone carrying a weight of determination: "I will not abide any errors, for this summoning magic isn't a tale of Myths but a profoundly potent Ancient magic. It draws upon the collective might of the seven great kingdoms' wizards as its central pillars of power."

Upon absorbing her directives, the four middle-aged men nodded collectively, their agreement evident.

Soon after, each of them appeared to dissolve into thin air, as if they had teleported away.

This left the purple-cloaked woman alone in the expanse of the grand hall.

Resting within her chair, she reclined slightly, her gaze drawn toward the expansive window that framed a picturesque nocturnal panorama, complete with a sprawling full moon.

"The seven destined heroes," she mused, her legs crossing as she allowed her thoughts to drift.

A sudden breeze rustled her purple hair, ruffling the strands in its wake.

"I hope these seven heroes differ from their predecessors, those who nearly ushered our world into ruin," she sighed, a hint of melancholy tainting her reflection on the past champions.

"If not for the gods' unyielding decree spanning millennia, I would never have chosen to summon those seven strangers to our world," she continued, her gaze veiling itself with indifference.

Slowly, she unfolded from her seat, a purpose awakening within her.

However, as she began to move, a fleeting hesitation emerged, causing her to pause in mid-motion.

An idea stirred within her consciousness.

"It appears quite some time has passed since I last encountered that young man. His embrace is something I deeply long for," the woman confessed.

In a rare display, her indifferent countenance blossomed into a charming smile.

A delicate blush graced her cheeks at the mere recollection of the white-haired, red-eyed man who had dominated her dreams.

"I must hasten to see him," she declared with a chuckle, her figure vanishing swiftly.

A miniature spark of lightning marked her recent location before it, too, flickered into nothingness.
